Claire is a great audiology. Gave time to explain all that I needed. Very friendly and so much a people person. This is the third time I’ve seen her and couldn’t ask for better.

The whole experience at the Hearing Centre was very professionally handled and I was very satisfied with the overall outcome.

Candice, the audiologist, was really great at explaining everything to me and the tests were very comprehensive. Unfortunately, the price of the hearing aids and after-care were little bit shocking to me. If it hasn’t been for that, then I would definitely have come back to you.

Excellent staff all round, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

After a couple of months of struggling in pain, I visited the clinic for compacted ear wax. Within minutes my ear was clear and pain free. I couldn't recommend the service more highly!

I am Thai but got help from my ex-husband. And it is very impressive till the warranty after using, which is very worthwhile. And every time there was a problem, she was able to gave me an answer that I understood till it was clear. Even though I am in Thailand, she gave very attentive service. After 11 years, I am still impressed and want to go back to use her services again.

Fantastic thorough appointment and was able to get exactly what I wanted from it - swim ear plugs (in purple!)!
Originally, I just wanted to get the ear plugs, but I'm glad policy is for a full assessment for new patients as I've now been recommended LGHA for my auditory processing difficulties. Learnt a lot about myself and the science of hearing.
Trisha was absolutely brilliant and very patient and great at explaining everything. I also had a really comfortable ear wax cleaning which is something I didn't think existed!

Deciding it's time you need help with your hearing is a big and daunting experience. Candice made that experience actually enjoyable and interesting with her calm nature and her professionalism, which I think extends to the whole team at The hearing Clinic. I travel a fair distance to attend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is a very competent company! The staff are polite, friendly, punctual, very patient and really professional. They know their subject, and are very enthusiastic about helping their clients to hear clearly. These skills give us, the clients, a comfortable experience and a worthwhile outcome.
