Halloween HQ Anmeldelser

Great service from the Halloweenhq. Prompt and efficient. I would recommend them.

I have has ordered item for 8 years old child ( when ordered picked age 8-10 years old). When arrived, realised that item is so so so big. Probably it will be ok for 12 years old. I bought another thing in the shop, because didn't have time for exchange. Result- disappointed child.

Halloween hq is a very quick and reliable service to use i ordered my product and received it the next day as promised at a time that pleased me the product was great quality and was exactly as desribed in the description on the website

My order was delivered within 24 hours and my 10 year old daughter loves it and can't wait to dress up !

My daughter's costume arrived within the specified time, costume looked exactly as on the website, she was delighted. Only negative was that the wig shown with the costume on the website was not available to buy, otherwise very good service. I would buy from Halloween HQ online again.

Ordering very easy delivery excellent delivered exactly when it said it would be. Follow up customer care really bad have now sent 4 reviews one glove missing from package when it arrived cannot get a reply to this from anybody.

Hi. I'd like to return the skeleton jacket as it is absolutely massive on me. I am size large and this jacket is HUGE.
I've already emailed you about this.
Can you let me know how I go about returning it.
Thank you,
Regina

Good selection, shipped by courier the next day and good prices.

item as described, delivered on time

Easy to order, fast delivery, very happy child!

Bought costume through a link I saw on Facebook. Costume arrived very quickly but I also bought a can of hair green hair spray which got damaged in the envelope and leaked out it wasn't a huge mess but eveything smelt like the inside of a can. The costume I bought is good it's the kids joker costume €42. One thing you might say is that the mask stinks. My child is three and he can't wear it because the smell is so strong. I don't want him to wear it because of the smell. Very chemically and not from hair spray I don't think.
Thanks Nicky.

Great service, missed 1st delivery, email back response was quick and recived goods 2 days later

very efficient delivery, received next day

The item arrived the day after I ordered it. Unfortunately it was too big and I returned it. The amount was refunded to me immediately. Great service

I bought 2 costumes both kids aged 8-10yrs.
One fitted correctly and everything was as I expected and looked exactly like the photograph on the front of the packaging (zombie skate punk boy).
The other costume - Deluxe Jedi boys costume - was not as it looked on the picture, the top was in some parts too large and baggy and long and the boot covers on the trousers were adult sized - not kid sized. I was very disappointed with this costume. I didn't want to return it for a smaller size as the next size smaller would be too small.

Fast delivery, great service, brilliant costume range and amazed at the range of Halloween items. Will definitely be back for more!

VERY PLEASED WITH SPEED OF DELIVERY AND THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE BUYING AGAIN FROM THIS WEBSITE
