I received merchandise that was broken. I emailed and received a response immediately. Both items were replaced and I did not need to return the broken items. They saved me time and money. Love Mr. Christmas. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Best company products, services, customer care.

I LOVE the plates!! They are adorable!! However, they are definitely salad plate size. At the time I purchased the plates, I believe they were sold as four plates for $59.99. Sadly, while my plates were still in transit to me, I noticed on their website that they were offering twice the amount of plates — 8 — for the same price. I wish I could’ve gotten 8 plates at that price!

I ordered a mr christmas animated utility truck with santa driving and elf on moving ladder decorating tree. What I received was jst an animated truck with tree in back singing carols. Very disappointing and not what I ordered. It was supposed to be a gift

After receiving my lights and sounds controller, I tested it out and worked Great. I have an earlier model which still works from 2006 and the newer version comparatively has better symphonic sound and more musical choices. My 2006 model will be used for my back yard.

I bought your mechanical spider webs at Halloween. However, one of them broke, I reached out to you guys to see about having it fixed or getting a replacement, and I was told you were out of them. I was offered another product in replacement, however, it never came and nothing ever happened. And I was speaking with Miracle. Your customer service representative who claims she was a supervisor and I would give it time waiting for something to happen and nothing. I finally reached out again. At which point I was given a $130 store credit which I appreciate and thank you. However, I did not appreciate Miracle scolding me and telling me that I did bad by not returning it to HSN. As I explained originally it was past the 30 day return policy of HSN which is why I reached out to you guys. I should never have to be ostracized by a customer service representative for not doing what she told me to do in the correct amount of time, because of this incident I will no longer be purchasing anything from Mr. Christmas anywhere not in stores, not on QVC not on HSN. I will use my store credit, and that will be the last time.I will be purchasing anything from Mr. Christmas

I was sent a silver Christmas tree and I had ordered a gold Christmas tree. Picture clearly shows a gold tree.

Santa in his truck is so well made and even cuter than in the ad. The music and motion add a plus to this cheerful decoration. It arrived promptly.

I ordered the largest tree offered with the old fashion bulbs but what I received were two night light Christmas trees. Big disappointment!
