TheGuarantors helps renters get approved for the home of their choice, even when they don't meet traditional screening requirements. Our Lease Guarantee insurance solutions provide property owners and operators with financial protection against renter default, giving them confidence to approve more renters without added risk. Our application is free, 100% online, and takes 90 seconds to complete. Today, our solutions are available in 4M+ rental units nationwide and more than 400,000 families live in homes they may not have been approved for without TheGuarantors. We believe people are more than what's on their application. And that when renters have access to the home of their choice, they can focus on bringing the rest of their aspirations within reach.
