The worst website, totally fishy!
The website looked so good, I ordered a pair of birkenstock and a patagonia bumbag and they both counterfait! the order takes 3-4 weeks and the products are very bad!!! I have contacted my bank as the order didn t seem to be dispatched after 2 weeks and I got a refund back-from my bank -I have opened a dispute with the customer service to try to get my money back.
Once I told the grand outlet that I was mugged by them by sending me fake items and that I was reported the fraud, they took their website down!!!
DO NOT EVER BUY STUFF FROM THEM!!!!!

It‘s scam! Fake goods! Don‘t buy anything there!

Auf dem ersten Blick sieht man nicht das es aus Cvina kommt. Versand hat über 3 Wochen gedauert und konnte das Hemd für die Hochzeit nicht mehr gebrauchen. Retour wurde nicht angenommen und Mail 2 und 3 komplett ignoriert. Jetzt sitze ich auf 60€ fest.
Das Hemd ist auch übrigens viel zu klein und der Stoff ist eine Art Leinen wurde so nicht deklariert.

I ordered 2 t shirts size M it took a very long time for them to arrive, they are clearly fakes ( meant to be Polo?) plus the sizing is not true the M I ordered looks like extra large!!!!

The site isn't very well stocked, but since it's an outlet, that's okay. The downside is that they only have a few pieces or leftovers from previous years.The prices are excellent compared to the average store prices in the Netherlands.I received the products 7 days after ordering. They arrived exactly as described on the site, everything was perfect, and with the original tags. The products are perfect, without any defects.Customer service is quick to respond and helps with any questions. I will definitely order again in the future.

Counterfeit!! The website looks very professional and like it is based in the UK. The goods come from China. Received the hoodie I ordered today. The Ralph Lauren is very dodgy and the zip is very cheap plastic. If it sounds too good to be true. It is too good to be true! Don’t be fooled.

Whoever has given this company 1+ reviews are obvious trying to save them from obliteration, or work for the company. It's a scam selling counterfeit goods, a major red flag is the site itself, they have given their items 5* reviews but you can't read the review or who posted it? Hmmmmmm yea okay.....secondly, they state goods are shipped from EU depots, when they actually come from China. Took over 5 weeks to receive the worst copies I have ever seen, the "Ralph Lauren" T-Shirts was made from a Polyester mix, not cotton, irritated my skin if anything, the logos are awful, in the wrong place and wonky, pure fake cheap crap from China, so bad I have thrown £114 of items purchased in the bin, I wouldn't even give it to a cloths bank! Please don't become another scam victim, buy from a reputable company not these jokers!

Offensichtlicher Betrug mit schlecht gefälschter Ware.

I bought 2 sweaters from Ralph Lauren for 160 euro’s and they were never dilivered! 100% certain i will never buy here again I warn you this is a bad site dont buy anything here.

Do not buy from this site,it sells counterfeit goods! It as you believing your buying a genuine Ralph Lauren item from this country "Britain"! &When you check in your e-mail it's coming from china on a rubbish tracking service! Not knowing I ordered a fake Ralph Lauren polo shirt&was charged £52 for there privilege! Anyway it came 2 weeks after ordering made of cheap polyester&in packaging that you wouldn't even use to package a dog turd in&a piece of cut out cereal box as a package stiffener&clear packaging you would find on a £1 t- shirt!! I am so glad I didn't spend more&order other things,STAY WELL CLEAR! &I hope trading standards pays the grand outlet a visit if the set up is in the UK!!

I had no problem with my order. Customer service responded to my email on the same day. Unfortunately, delivery took almost four weeks and the item is fake.no original labels or label with the washing, fabric information ,poor quality of fabric

I would give it zero if I could. Sent me a counterfeit Ralph Lauren jumper, cheap junk and tiny in size. It came from china rather than the uk. Avoid.

I asked for my order to be cancelled, but they kept stalling and sent it anyway. Terrible lying service.

Even 1 star is too much. Total Scam. To my regret that I have missed the reviews from the Trust Pilot. Even as a copy its bad. However, they have refunded my money. The reviews with 5 🌟 must be fake. PS. I have notified the Conterfeit department of Ralph Lauren about this company
