Thegrand Outlet

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a go pro for $140 australian dollars. I never received a tracking number. The status is 'Delivered'. No, I have not received the product. There has been other orders I have purchased (not from this scam company) that have all been Delivered but not this one. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GRAN CHECKOUT

The Ralph Lauren jumper I received was fake and not what it looked like on their website. I then returned it back to their address provided but they have yet to refund me back my money !!!!

They have been ignoring my emails for months as I wanted to know why they haven’t given me any notice about my refund.

Absolutely disgusting fake dirty company that our just pure scammers !!!! This finger to them 🖕🖕🖕

Please avoid at all costs

I never received my order from October , got no correspondence at all. Got no reply from emails. Website says under construction. Scam site do not buy from them!

Fake Ware und auch noch schlecht verarbeitet. Auf e Mails keine Antwort!

T-shirt besteld nooit ontvangen en krijg ook geen reacties op mijn mails of contactverzoeken.

This is very fake seller, product is fake as sizes are 3x smaller then written. On ask for return they are not responding on email.

Fälschung erhalten für viel Geld, der Pullover war in miserablen Zustand. Z. B. Hatte er ein großes Loch. Auf meine Reklamation gab es keine Rückmeldung

Ordered polo shirt at beginning October, heard nothing since, website says under construction. Tried emailing 3 times, nothing!! Scam !

Nach Wochen keine Ware.
Geld weg.
Grenzt an Betrug.

Stay away, Its all fake merchandise . I spent 150 euro that ill never get back and it now looks like the website is down

A fuir !!!!! Faux faux faux et re faux ! Mauvaise copie de mauvaise qualité ! Arnaque complète ! Service client déplorable inexistant !
Belle perte de temps et d’argent ! Passez votre chemin !

If it looks to good to be true then it is probably not true. That is how I would describe this company/website. They are con artists they are not originals they are pure fakes and when you enquire as to how to return items which in my case were the wrong size and one of the items a white shirt had gone yellow in the packaging they have gone silent. I would have lived with the 5 week delivery time if the goods had been what they advertised on the website and had been of the quality you would expect for Ralph Lauren and Lacoste. They are fakes coming in from somewhere in Asia. Final comment don't touch them with a forty foot barge pole.

Ware nie erhalten !
Auf E Mails keine Reaktion erhalten.
Nie WIEDER !

This is my third order and I've never been disappointed. Reliable... shipping a little slow.

Great experience...famous brands at true outlet prices...low prices and limited selection...great if you find what you're looking for

Do not buy from this company I spent £96 on a Ralph Lauren polo shirt and hoodie and they are so obviously fake ,no washing instructions, crappy polyester and the cardboard inside the packaging was for a pair of curtains.I waited 3 weeks for this crap and I’m fuming. I’ve emailed them for a refund but I won’t hold my breath. The site was advertised on Google’s main page so they need to remove it.

I bought 3 items, a total of 190 Euros, more than a month ago, and they never arrived. They did not reply to emails, and the phone number goes straight to the mail voice.

I've ordered a pair of Birkenstock with a express delivery for a birthday present, it never came and I'm trying to contact them, no answer.
It's a rip off! Never again!
