Hands down the best meal delivery service I have used. The quality of the ingredients, the variety of the meals, the ease of ordering...as a nutritionist I cannot recommend highly enough.

So pleased I found The Good Prep! I’ve tried quite a few meal prep companies this year, some great and some not so good, but The Good Prep has definitely been the best by far.

It might cost a little more than some of the others, but in my opinion it’s well worth it. There’s a brilliant choice of meals and, most importantly, they’re really tasty without being too spicy or hot — at least the ones I’ve tried so far. They genuinely taste like homemade meals, but with the added benefit of portion control, which is something I struggle with when I cook for myself.

The portions are also a really good size. I’ve found that some other companies can be a bit stingy, whereas with The Good Prep you get a proper-sized meal with a good amount of fresh vegetables and other ingredients. I’d much rather pay a little more for that.

I also really like the variety of high-protein chicken meals, and the fact that there are plenty of options with carbs. Personally, I like having carbs with my evening meal, so it’s great to have plenty of choice.

One of the main reasons I initially chose The Good Prep was the Wednesday delivery before midday, which I really appreciate. It’s so convenient having the meals arrive early in the day. The only thing I wish they offered was the same delivery option on a Sunday, particularly during hot weather, as I’d feel more comfortable knowing the meals were arriving earlier in the day.

I've also found customer service very helpful when I had a few queries before placing my first order.

I've been a customer of The Good Prep for 3 years. They are very very reliable and consistent. The delivery of the food is always spot on and food always is cold and fresh.

Whenever they bring in new meals they are always great. The rotation they have of their meals in constant and they vary the flavours and options.

I honestly can't think of a time when I've encountered an issue ordering almost every week for 3 years. They have been so great.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tasty and reliable food prep company.

So I ordered my meals and delivery has been split into 2- Sunday which arrived and Wednesday (today) that didn’t so no food now for next 3 days.
The company service is a shambles - website doesn’t work half the time, query form doesn’t work, no customer telephone service, emails don’t get answered half the time. It’s expensive but that’s ok the meals are tasty but don’t arrive ! They are indeed keeping me trim and slim as per my plan!
I’ve obviously cancelled my subs.
Think twice before committing.

Was very kindly given some free samples in my local gym including the Bolognaise and Pesto Pasta meals which my sister and I found delicious. Such easy yet tasty meals for on-the-go and we are really impressed by the protein and calorie levels. Will definitely be investing in these!

I am absolutely obsessed with the protein balls and the Biscoff pancakes! Customer service is also amazing and orders always arrive on time. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve tried multiple food prep companies before to help me on the go with my busy lifestyle and The Good Prep is the elite version of food prep! Nothing compares! I’m a Sports Therapist and train for Hyrox’s, so my job and training is physically demanding, therefore getting the right/clean nutrition on board is so important to keep me going. I’m also getting married this year, so knowing I’ll be locked in with great nutrition each week is a game changer.

The quality is incredible, every meal tastes like a meal you’d get in a restaurant. The flavour never changes and I’ve never had a bad meal in all the months I’ve been on a weekly subscription. They are sensational and couldn’t speak more highly!

I just wanted to thank you for your fantastic customer service. I had a few technical issues setting up an account and making an order, yet from the start of me contacting them they were so helpful right from the start and went immediately above and beyond to sort this out. It’s a shame more companies aren’t like this.
Thankyou and can’t wait to receive my order at the weekend.

What a great company have been using for about 5 weeks now the food is absaloutely amazing don,t think that it is your usual chilled microwave food you would normmally get from supermarkets it is another level well balanced and flavoursome if you are looking to loose a bit of weight and a healthy diet you wont be dissapointed. I would also like to mention their customer service i had forgotten to pause subscription when going on holiday and emailed them after the cut off point for delivery i had a very prompt reply cancelling order and issuing a refund even wishing me a good holiday great service thanks.

Super impressed by The Good Prep. Although on the pricer side, you get what you pay for - very good portion sizes, all really tasty. Although it's a 'ready' meal, it does not taste like one - chicken is fresh and tender, it's not plastic rubber like almost every other ready meal. They are nicely flavoured, great options and they have the courier situation down to a Tee - twice weekly deliveries ensuring everything is always fresh and ready to go. These meals taste like you've gone to the effort of cooking yourself. Well packaged, arrive in the morning nice and cool.

Ordering system is nice and easy - also allowed me to order as a one off and I was actually suprised i've not received a knock on the door, 50 phone calls, 25 texts and 1000 emails pestering me to continue unlike some competitiors...

I’ve been getting The Good Prep every week for over a year now, and honestly it’s by far the best meal delivery service in London. The freshness is unmatched, the ingredients are high quality and genuinely good for your body, and most importantly — the food is really tasty.

As an active athlete with a full-time job, it saves me so much time without ever feeling like a compromise. I know I’m getting the nutrients I need to train, recover, and stay energised, but still actually enjoy every meal. And as a big foodie, that matters a lot.

You can tell real care goes into the sourcing, flavours, and balance of the meals. It’s one of the few services I’ve stuck with long-term, and I can’t imagine my routine without it now. Highly recommend to anyone who wants convenience without sacrificing health or taste.

The food was absolutely lovely! Great packaging, clear instructions, and calorie count!

Food is absolutely banging, no question. High quality! It's abit on the pricey side though I have to say. But the custoekr service team are extremely responsive and do there best. I double order one week by total accident. They responded and resolved quick!

The food is the most delicious we've tried, the rigatoni bolognese reminds me of how my dad used to make it for me.
I can't stress enough how great The Good Prep are, we work very busy jobs and it's reassuring to know most of our evening meals are taken care of. And often far more healthy and balanced than I achieve cooking myself.
