Friendly service from the start from the office staff, the service engineer, and the fitter. Very efficient and delivered what was promised. During and after installation everything was kept clean and any mess was taken away.

Frank did a through job of servicing the boiler and checking the gas supply he also checked the carbon monoxide detector
Was very friendly and left everything clean and tidy.
Service & invoice cert sent through by e-mail and arrived quickly after service was finished.

Had tried to resolve a billing issue for about a month. Nobody got back to me. Apparently ownership has changed. New owners: Callum and Johnny resolved the issue straight away.

I found the phone reminder very useful. The caller was courteous and helpful. The same engineer came as the last two times, at my request. He was quietly efficient as in the past at servicing my boiler and asking about other appliances. He was able to come earlier than booked, after a courtesy call to check it was OK which meant I could resurrect a visit from a friend that I'd postponed. All in all up to the standards one hopes for!

Quick response once they had been reminded an annual service was a month overdue!
