We won a boiler service after an open day at a local fire station. It was very much needed! The good heating co were very professional, polite and tidy. Will definitely have them back next year!

Good customer care
We have used this company for a few years now and in our experience have always received excellent customer care. When the engineer calls to carry out the yearly service on our boiler we feel confident in his knowledge. When we speak to anyone on the phone they are always polite and will do their best to help.

Expert and friendly
Russell and Jack attended as our under floor heating / heat pump didn’t seem to be heating the house. They were very knowledgeable on the systems and were able to diagnose and resolve the issue, Russel followed up with a thorough report which was invaluable to our situation also. Frank and the GHC
The boiler sprung a leak but the GHC organised to fix it next day. Once again Frank, the best heating engineer fixed it.

Excellent company, they always ring to keep you informed, and to let you know the service engineer will ring to give you time of arrival, and Frank is always on time, he is so thorough, friendly and very efficient. Frank was punctual and called through half an hour before he got here.
Was was polite, informative and managed to find a broken seal within the boiler itself.
Thoroughly recommend him as he was very professional in all aspects of the work he undertook including leaving the property as clean as he found it. Top marks Frank!!

I have to say a huge thank you to Frank who came to service our fires today. He was super friendly & so considerate & tidy. When signing my signature at the end, I commented on the effectiveness of his electronic pen and he gave it to me for our daughter to use to draw on her tablet- such a lovely gesture! Booked a boiler service and the whole process from start to finish was great. Rachel was friendly and got me booked in quickly. On the day, Frank was efficient and tidy. I was emailed my gas safe certificate quickly and the payment process was easy. Would definitely use again. Thanks!

Summer Service Savings
I took advantage of summer service deal which was a good saving.
No problem to schedule with quick response.
Consistency is important and the same engineer as previously attended on time and carried out the service attentively taking care of the area he was working in.

Easy to book annual boiler service. Friendly staff. Reminders sent that annual service due. Reminder sent the day before appointment. Engineer that came to do the service was really consciencious. He put on shoe covers so as not to accidentally dirty the kitchen floor. He also rang after he left to apologise for forgetting to throw away a tissue that was used to clean the filter. Boiler is now 12 years old and still working well thanks to this company. Thank you!
