Simple, easy, fair

Good fast service once the bag had arrived (post offices fault) posted it Monday afternoon got an offer on Tuesday and as the ad says they pay the money the same day

This is the second time I have used this company and they are excellent. As promised they called the day they received my jewellery and offered a cash settlement, within 10 minutes the money was in my account.

Very quick efficient advice and service. Quick to respond to queries. Overall, an excellent service. Would recommend and use again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Clear and prompt communication and money received into my account within the hour as promised.

I received 1 package and then another which I had to pay £1.50 to collect from my local post office collection... Does not bode well!

So after waiting for ages to get envelope’ have now received 3, one of which had insufficient postage and I had to pay a charge of £1.50!

My situation has been resolved with a phone call from them and an email, i have to say they done this very quickly and im happy now

I’ve just received a third!? Pack after requesting one from you and another company who I didn’t realise was also the same company. I’ve had to pay £1.50 postage to get the letter delivered today as you hadn’t put enough postage on it. I was expecting another letter and thought it was this, so paid the postage. I’ve now received another Royal Mail card for underpayment for £1.50 so I’m guessing it will be yet another pack. I won’t be paying for it. It’s put me right off sending my jewellery. This third pack contained details of ‘The stuff company’ who I’ve not even requested anything from.

Posted my item and over £1000 was in my bank the next day - fantastic service!

The problem which by I raised has been fully understood and resolved and as it took such a long time they have kept me informed and also offered me a really good price, paid into my account within 10 minutes

Having heard all the ads on Greatest Hits Radio, I thought I’d give them a try. Glad I did! Very prompt in sending me a bag which I filled with old jewellery I knew I’d never wear again. True to their ad, I received a phone call on the morning they received my stuff and they offered me a fantastic price. I accepted and within a few hours the money was in my bank! Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish the communication was excellent, the whole experience was so quick and easy with a fair value price which was paid within 15 minutes from receiving my account details.

I had a few bits of jewellery languishing in a draw. Not worn for years and some was broken. So I texted The Gold Company they sent out and envelope and I returned it, and within a couple of days I received my offer. Very happy with it, I accepted the offer and within minutes the money was in my account.
