I feel personally this company take advantage of people with money problems.
I sent two rings to them I was expecting at least £150 I got offered £72. They do this to take advantage of a person needs the money like at the time I did. So I accepted an offer I wasn’t really happy with. I know they want to make a profit but I feel they know only people with no time or who need money come to them.

I took my envelope to the post office on Tuesday & Wednesday morning I received a phone call making me a great offer for my items. I accepted & the money was put straight into my account.

I followed easy instructions on what to do and subsequently posted my items free of charge. Within 24 hours I received a phone call with an offer which I accepted. I saw The Gold Company adverised and thought I would send of old gold and silver jewellery I didn't wear anymore. They kept me informed through email when they had received my package and I got a phone call very quickly with an offer. I had only sent a small amount of jewellery and was surprised I got as much for it as I did. I accepted the offer and the man asked for my bank details over the phone, which I was very unsure about giving, he said he would text me what details he needed instead. Still a bit unsure I did send my details and the money was in my account with in a few hours. Service was excellent.
