Item returned 24/12/24 @ 10:42am and no offer received. No way to contact via email to find out what has happened. Extremely disappointing considering it was a high-value item.

Unfortunately, timing was the issue here. As seen through the other reviews on our Trustpilot, we aways make offers on the day items are received, where customers are contactable, and this applies throughout the year. However, our office closed (as was stated on our website) on Christmas Eve and therefore, we were unable to value your items. Your package is safely stored and will be appraised on the 2nd of January, so this was literally the only day of the year that this situation could occur and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Quick, efficient and trustworthy experience. I had thought about trading in some broken gold jewellery for a while but was concerned about being scammed. After hearing an advert on the radio for The Gold Company I haven’t looked back. All done in 2 days and was amazed the amount of money I got for BROKEN jewellery. Money transferred whilst I was on the phone to them. Brilliant service and great cash injection just before Christmas.

Fantastic service if you are looking to sell your valuables
I had some broken jewellery that had just been sitting in my jewellery box for years, so thought I would see what it was worth. The pack arrived the very next day, sent my gold back and the day it was received, I got a text with my valuation and my payment was made within 10 minutes of accepting it. Fantastically quick service and good communication throughout. I would highly recommend this company.

Impressive service
Day 1: I requested a pack
Day 2: I received and returned pack, containing my unwanted items
Day 3: In the afternoon I received a phone call informing me how much was being offered. I was very happy to accept the offer and provided my bank details. The money was in my account instantly, it took approximately 3 minutes. Everything was as advertised and I’m couldn’t be happier with the experience. Can highly recommend and I would use this company again.
