I signed up for the 'Slayer on the Roof classes and when I went to watch the videos, it said they were are not available. When I sent an email asking about them no one responded.

Course videos were unavailable, and I am still waiting on their reply to my email asking about it. However I keep getting emails telling me to leave a review, so here it is.

For what is marketed as an ‘advance program’, I personally found the sensory course to be somewhat basic and quite disappointing - I was expecting so much more! There's really no need for the drawn-out 4 week timeline (which also implied the course was considerably denser than it actually was) as there are no extra daily practices or training tasks to complete between each of the 4 very short lessons. I progressed quickly through each lesson because of this. In my experience, it didn't even go as in depth as other 'basic' or 'foundation' level (sensory) courses (such as CoffeeMind's far superior 4 week BASIC sensory course) so unfortunately for me I didn't take anything new away.

If you've never been to a cupping, had any basic sensory insight, or had the course been more accurately sold as 'a basic introduction to sensory' I feel it would hit more or less all expectations for a course at that level.

Furthermore, it is outlined that upon completing the course you will receive a certificate. This is not the case, so if you require this for your portfolio you won’t get that with this course. When attempting to seek support via the email contact details of the global coffee school, London coffee festival, or Allegra events in general, I didn’t receive a single reply. So bear in mind that they’ll take your money and then you’re on your own if you have any issues or queries.

I very much enjoyed the classes…good introduction to slayer machines with a few basic manipulation techniques, could be me but I had to back up video often and watch for a few things to sink in, maybe a blackboard visual with bullets or illustrations may help explain specific things better without losing the on the roof feeling. Excellent knowledge, hope to meet the instructors some day. Thanks, Darrell

Bel corso, me lo aspettavo un po' più approfondito però in generale è ok.

I have yet to embark on the Vegan Coffee Craft course, but signing up was easy and quick - and it's great that I can access this course directly from my home office! I'm really looking forward to it - thank you!

As always, the content and delivery are superb

I am very disappointed not only did I have to wait two weeks to receive information about the course but I am sure that I did not receive what I was supposed to receive as information
Is it possible to send me back the complete contents of what I bought

Expected more about the beverages other then the commercial like presentation of judging their own product.

This has made my very average coffee at home come to life and given me some enjoyment in my daily caffeine hit!

Well presented and covers all the primary basics of coffee. Allows opportunity to also put into practice what was taught.

This is an extremely informative course, and the course handouts helped us to verify our understanding of key information that we need to know. The materials were very clearly written. Temperatures that are given in Fahrenheit and Celsius are straight-forward to follow. I had made a recommendation to keep the course materials accessible for once the course ends, and the office informed me that they will always be there, which I greatly appreciate given that some personal matters got in my way once the course started. I appreciate the way that Minty in the office was always attentive to my e-mail queries as well as fast in replying. Thank you.

Amazing course and very informative. Loads of information to take in especially for those keen to learn a about coffee. This will save you time reading books and searching the web for a fraction of what they would happily share with you. The hard work is already done by those organizing the course. All you need to do is sit comfortably behind your screen, relax and sip all the knowledge they offer like you you sip your coffee.

A very nice introductory course for the home barista. Lots of material organized in sensible modules and well demonstrated. Some nice tips and tricks and a very nice approach, with the emphasis on 'no right or wrong'. I can recommend it for anyone who is relatively new to coffee.

The coffee content and video quality were very good. I appreciated the dairy-free milk lesson. I would have preferred a downloadable pdf of notes, rather than the lesson summaries on screen. Also, the wait time between registration and course launch was way too long, the same for the wait between platform opening and week 1 starting. Seemed a bit disorganized on the back end getting going.

I have leaned so much about the coffee course. I know a lot more about the different flavours and how to make a perfect latte art.
