Kopa is a good tool if you're running an online store. It connects to my shopify store and i can literally talk to my data and do analytics really quickly. I also like social media management and scheduling feature. Hopefully, they are adding more robust video ads features soon

Kopa.ai sounds like a great all-in-one tool, but the lack of communication is a major red flag.

There is no clear way to contact them, no support, no answers. Before installing something on my Shopify store, I need to know what it actually does, how to remove it, if I can cancel anytime, and whether there’s any refund policy. None of that is explained.

The company feels completely anonymous, and even their Trustpilot reviews don’t seem trustworthy.

No matter how good the tool sounds, the lack of transparency makes it impossible to trust.

I've been using Kopa for quite some time and the best use case for me is automating social media management. It used to be a pain to post consistently and think of original ideas to promote my products, now with Kopa I can quickly come up with different ideas, generate on brand visuals and schedule them for weeks in advance, so I don't forget.

In theory this would be a great product. However their AI is not very intuitive, and their Customer Service is Bot driven, not human. So if you have problems it is next to impossible to get a quick answer to your issue. Still trying to determine whether the problems can be solved.

I've been using Kopa to automate my social media management for a month now and it's great! It comes up with ideas to post on your Instragram profile, creates the visual, writes copy and schedules your content calendar weeks in advance. Month of posting, taken care of within minutes

Firstly their ads show $1 a day, but thats not true, soon as you sign up it shows $30 for the first month then rockets up to $99/month
You're pretty much on your own setting up Facebook and google ads. The live chat blames Google even though google say everything is good their side. I asked Kopa to login to my account and they wouldn't do it to figure out whats wrong.
Kopa say our engineers are investigating and nothing happens.
After days of frustration it's not worth the hassle.
Was really looking forward to using their AI too.
Theres other AI ads platforms out there that are more helpful and cost less. They really need to be more helpful to new customers
I have asked for a refund

I tried KOPA AI for 30 days, initially brought in by the misleading try it for a dollar ads they were running ( there is no way to do this so disingenuous at best ) i got charged a discounted rate for a full month but unfortunately nothing really worked for 7 days or so, just didnt work, back and forth with their help team who eventually got it to work, but wasted 7 days of my money that was never given back. The software is easy to use and produced some very good ads for my business, the ugc stuff still needs a lot of work, the lip sync and ai are still a little off. unfortunately the video ads were just to low res to really use when you are trying to maintain a high quality brand image . Some of the other features were nice such as the ability to make changes to your website, overall i was happy with the images produced and the easy way to do it. My biggest problem with KOPA is the cost $99 usd is just to expensive when the competitors are around the $39 - 49 usd mark.

Use Kopa daily for creating ads and social posts for my brand, clean interface, works great!

total scam. offered a $1 trail and instantly charged me $30. when logging in it doesnt even have intrgrations into woo commerce like it advertised.

No raising a paypal case to claim the $30 back

Avoid at all costs.

Got into Kopa AI early, mainly use it to research my audience and create new ad ideas for Meta. Works really well, found some gems I would've never though about.

Great for competitor tracking, I get emails with all their new ads, new funnels, new products or price changes. Makes me life so much easier
