I bought Decoline floor boards from them. The floor is terrible. We had a 220sqm house done so was not cheap. The boards scratch do easily compared to any other laminate floors we’ve had. The floor also seems to have a top coating making it appear matt, but really all it does is hold dirt. I can mop a spot three times over and when it dries it still looks like the kids, animals and some tradie boots went ovet it. Imagine trying to keep 220sqm of floor boards clean. My robot mop runs every day and I manually mop every day. Never in my life have I done this much mopping on floorboards. I do not recommend this product.

Purchased 11 boxes of Aquastones timber floor and got delivered to my address in Canberra. Three of the timber planks got damaged through the Transportation and the seller willing to refund 1 box worth of timber. so basically only paying for 10 boxes. Very thoughtful seller and highly recommended to people who required a good quality product.

Vincent has been excellent to deal with. I had to reschedule my job few times and he accomodated me. Great customer service.

We've had two flooring jobs completed now by The Flooring Guys, and highly recommend their excellent customer service. The Q'ld manager Tom went out of his way to ensure any small problems were fully resolved. They don't have the fancy showrooms and advertising the 'big name' businesses need to pay for, so instead can provide better prices for their flooring products and can take the time to provide good customer service. They do things differently, but definitely worth considering.

I bought a rug from this company and unfortunately it does not match our room so we need to return it. I made contact immediately by email but they do not reply. I've made many phone calls and they say they will get back to me but never do. After eventually talking to someone after ringing AGAIN I have been told on 2 separate occasions a date that the courier will come to collect the rug for return but on each occasion they do not send the return label as promised and then the return does not happen. They are not truthful and just keep stringing me along.

Very unsuportive and unprofessional service.

I don't know how this business gets any good reviews! I purchased hybrid flooring from here after supplying them with my house plans and providing details of all the areas the flooring was required. Well they didn't work it out properly and there was not enough to even start downstairs. They don't answer emails, They were rude and unhelpful. I had to organise the balance of the flooring elsewhere so no doubt I have 2 different batches. We drove 5 hrs each way to pick this flooring up originally to be told they shipped it to Canberra somewhere and the supplier tried to say we already picked it up! Had to then wait for them to repick it before we could make the 5 hr journey back home. Would never recommend this business to anyone.

Ordered 2 large rugs on 02/10/23. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the rugs to be dispatched. Have emailed them 4 days ago with no response. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the best price on the flooring adhesive I required and excellent service when I arrived at the Brisbane shop to pick it up.

Brisbane. Online, The Flooring Guys seems like a large business. Tried ringing the number (Brisbane has a mobile number only) a number of times and there was no answer. The website says 'Visit our showroom in Brisbane'. If you are having trouble working out whether that is at Willawong or Slacks Creek, they have moved from the former to the later. Did a 30-minute drive to visit the showroom and we, along with the fellow who had just arrived too, were disappointed to find that the showroom consisted of a few displays with limited stock, loose planks lying around and some boxes of flooring on the floor. The person working there was not at all helpful. I said that there doesn't seem to be anyone answering the mobile and he said that he must have been busy. We all left within five minutes after feeling like we wasted our time going there.

Beautiful product, well priced, good communication. Delivery fees were very high, we opted for pick up to save on costs.

The manager of the warehouse, the quality and stuff makes me impressed at this company. I got them to do my flooring and it turned out amazing. No cracks and the rugs were excellent quality. Quick and professional Definitely recommend
