Good bargain 3 for 2 and free postage.Although the items I ordered were not on their delivery pallet they immediately telephoned me to advise me of the delay but arrived a couple of days later.

Never used these guys before. Wasn't at all sure it was an on the level store with some of the prices they offered. Took the chance and was so glad I did. Delivery took a little longer than other stores, perhaps 5 days rather than 3, but was still short enough that it isn't really an issue.
One issue I did have was a mispick - one rod of the three I ordered didn't arrive. Looking at the invoice structure it's easy to see why the mistake happened, and Scott was straight on it the following morning. A day later the third rod arrived. Overall an awesome service and pleasant experience. Definitely will shop again. Thanks guys. 👍

Great tackle company
Absolutely superb company to deal with, a couple of times a product has been out of stock before despatch and I was phoned up and asked what I would like to do, wait for new stock or have a different product. I had a damaged item on one order and this was replaced with a better product. You cannot say fairer than that !
Big shout out to Scott for his fantastic service.

Late delivery outcome
I placed an order with them and waited when my item never arrived in the expected time ,I got in touch with them via email asking about delay!
They promptly replied explaining that they were really busy but assured me that they would look into my order for me.
Within 1 hour I received a notification that my order will be sent out via royal mail and I received my order two days later.
I can't say a bad word about them very apologetic and quick to sort out the delivery I will use them again.
