Great company
Great company. They had ran out of 1 item on my order but called me to sort out a replacement. The order was delivered the very next day including a free gift.
I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Delivered when I was out at work…
Delivered when I was out at work without notice. Nothing to do with product which I’m sure is going to be great. Courier used really should email or message when delivery is due to make contingency so someone is home to sign for parcel

I think giving a 1* review for a courier issue isn't a very accurate representation of the service we offer our customers. You should be leaving a review on their TrustPilot, not ours!
We understand it can be frustrating when you don't get your parcel on time. Our couriers often are not allowed to leave parcels unless instructed. In future, kindly let us know where you'd like it left, and they will accomodate.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from…
Absolutely disgusting behavior from this independent fishing shop. I placed an order for OMC Paella Stick & Bag Mix, my payment was immediately taken, and since that moment, I have experienced a total blackout in communication. They have not sent the item, provided no tracking details, and completely ghosted me. When you support an independent business, you expect basic customer care, but I received zero. This has been my worst dealing ever with an online tackle shop, and I have already had to escalate the issue to get my money back. Save yourself the severe hassle and buy your gear from a retailer that actually respects its customers and fulfills its orders

Sorry to hear about your negative experience, its certainly not what we aim go. I can see in your case you ordered a product on eBay which was out of stock. Sometimes out of stock orders don’t cross over to our Shopify platform before we can take them off, we try and update stock numbers every day.
eBay have processed a refund for you and it should be with you soon.
