I’m unfortunately very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

The sandals look beautiful online, but although the size fits, they are extremely heavy and practically impossible to walk in. I then found out that return shipping costs over €20, on top of the €10 delivery fee.

I explained that this was not simply a sizing issue, but unfortunately the company was not willing to help with the return costs.

I would only order if you are very sure you want to keep the item, as returns are very expensive.

Der Versand ging zwar mega schnell (DHL Express), dafür muss die Ware über den selben Weg retourniert werden und zwar auf Kosten des Kunden. In meinem Fall sind es 15€…
Die Schuhe waren zwar sehr schön und gut verarbeitet, allerdings auch sehr eng und schwer. Ich werde nicht mehr dort bestellen.

Η χειρότερη εμπειρία από eshop και μηδενικός ποιοτικός έλεγχος! Ενώ είχα ζητήσει ρητά με email να ελεγχθούν τα προϊόντα πριν την αποστολή και με διαβεβαίωσαν γραπτώς ότι αυτό γίνεται πάντα, παρέλαβα δύο εντελώς ελαττωματικά προϊόντα. Το ένα είχε κομμένο δέρμα και το άλλο χαλασμένο, ξηλωμένο πάτο! Τα στέλνουν έτσι, πεταμένα μέσα στα κουτιά χωρίς προστατευτικά χαρτιά και χωρίς να τα ελέγξει κανείς, και μάλιστα μου απάντησαν προκλητικά στο email ότι ο ξηλωμένος πάτος είναι κάτι το φυσιολογικό. Όταν τους ζήτησα να διορθώσουν το δικό τους αποδεδειγμένο λάθος με ταυτόχρονη ανταλλαγή στην πόρτα μου, αρνήθηκαν και με αναγκάζουν να τρέχω εγώ σε θυρίδες BoxNow για να πάρω τα χρήματά μου πίσω. Μακριά, πλήρης ανευθυνότητα!»

This website looks lovely and I’m interested in a pair of tan sandals but am unsure of the size as I’m either a size 36 or 37 depending on the brand. If I get the size wrong the cost of returns is €22!
So I’ve emailed TFP requesting size information but there has been no response😏
