The order was promptly processed on the Tuesday and we were hoping that the Royal Mail 48hr service would mean that it would be delivered on Thursday but alas Royal Mail could not meet their own expectations and it was delivered on the Friday :(.

Sadly they were out of stock on one of the puzzles I ordered, but they called me at the first opportunity (I ordered over the Christmas period) and checked if they could get any more stock, and when they found that was not feasible they instantly offered to refund that puzzle but sent the other one really quickly. Lovely people to deal with and I will use them again.

I ordered four Kluster games from The Family Puzzle Shop in late November.
When there was an issue with stock arriving in the shop which in turn would mean my delivery would be delay, the owner very kindly posted the games directly to the recipients. Fantastic service.
Would definitely recommend this company.

There was a delay on my order but the owner of this company phoned me twice to keep me updated on the issues and offered a refund. Game received today by courier - very good personal service provided.
