There was a mix up with the order, where a different item was accidentally listed than what was actually being sold. However, Dan was very quick to resolve this with me and it was hassle free.

Orders are usually arriving the next day after purchase , well protected and communication is easy. Had no issues with moon whale at all. I wish I was able to perhaps purchase Pokemon online as I’ve never gotten a sniff via this website as these tend to always be out of stock but that’s another issue. Will continue to use and if have any doubts when buying… don’t!! 5* all over.
