My order was correct n appreciated

Have not received order,sent two emails to support team and no response

Ordered a week ago and paid extra for 2-3 working day delivery, 5 working days have passed and I still don't have my order. I emailed support on the 4th working day asking where my order is and I haven't had a response.

And now you have the ordacity to ask me for a review. Well your service is terrible. I'll be using a different supplier in the future.

Ordered 8 days ago, said 1-3 days delivery, not received items, emailed company 3 times as there is no phone number but not had no reply!

Ordered a week ago on a 1-3 day delivery, haven’t had the ordered, emailed my query, haven’t been answered & tracking info hasn’t even been dispatched.
Never using again

Payments taken and paid extra for next day delivery. No items have been dispatched, let alone sent out and received.
Sent several emails and contacted via contact forms with no reply and when going into store no one there can help advising they are a separate entity.
Literally have no way of resolving this other then going through the bank to get charge back. Terrible customer service, would not recommend

Still waiting on a refund. I paid for fast delivery and after a couple of days I asked about dispatch and was told it was out of stock and I’d get a refund

First time buying from website and the experience was hassle free. The vape liquid was everything the description said it was and it was a nice surprise opening the box to find a few different flavours to try. Definitely will order again

Been nearly a week no parcel received and royal mail site status for 48 tracked delivery unchanged ! Messaged ecig twice,no reply!!

Had to call their head office earlier and a lady said someone will contact me. Around 30 minutes ago I received an email from e cig for a refund of the remaining amount. So basically no vapes received which I ordered! No basic communication,AVOID !!!!
