Been using TDG since October 2025 and seen a genuine increase in enquiries. Just had an update call with Karla Sines who was extremely helpful and offered us additional marketing incentives, explained very well and no pressure sale tactics.
We have increased our marketing radius today and are looking forward to seeing the positive results.

Karla went above and beyond to explain in detail how my account is doing and how it can be improved to gain further business from my Google presence. I'm not the easiest to explain things to so she had to repeat herself a few times but was patient and polite throughout and we even had a laugh together during the call. Although it sounded very good I wasn't ready to proceed with a holiday next week but she was able to work some magic to make it more affordable and get me signed up. As a busy man its a relief to have a team look after you to ensure your business succeeds with minimal effort needed.

I have been with the Directory guys a few years now and absolutely love their work. I have been working with Gino for maybe the last 2 years and he is 10/10 I would highly recommend! He’s really helped me to grow my business and always making sure my google presence is the best it could be. Very genuine guy super friendly, supportive and most importantly not pushy into selling products that wouldn’t suit my needs. As I’m extremely busy mum and business owner I don’t always have the chance to pick up the phone right away but as soon as I get back to him he’s right there to help with what I needed.I really appreciate your work and recommend to anyone thank you Gino.

I recently made contact with The Directory Guys to conduct some business transactions and I must say that the customer service I received was excellent. All of the staff I spoke with including the manager Carl were very polite and displayed a very helpful attitude. I will certainly be contacting them to do business again in the future.

I'm so suprised this company is still running and getting away with this scam. I got done 7-8 years ago and they keep on calling me every year to get me to sign up with them again.
Just had another call today and I've told them to do one yet again after saying every time DO NOT EVER CALL ME AGAIN.
And to top it all I had another call 3 Hours later to offer me a free of charge service because I had left this review.
My God they really dont listen and are so pushy.
Dont ever sign up with them it is a SCAM

I was contacted by this company last year the lady I dealt with was Annam very nice very polite and extremely helpful, they worked to get my companies visibility out there and it worked. Unfortunately I have decided to put the business on the back burner and take up other things this has been due to a loss caused by replacing machines etc.

Annam is a great person to deal with and will steer your business in the correct direction. I will use these in the future and I would recommend for improving rankings.

I have only been with The Directory Guys since December so its a little too early to comment on my campaign. However, my account manager is Tiarna has been great, she's really helpful and has been able to answer any questions I've had as well as explain the process. I will update my review when I get to the end of the 90 day's.

gino has been very helpful whenever i have spoken to him. i had login issues with my revu account but he got it sorted straight away for me. 5 star rating from me.

Very clear outline of expectation and goals, with well communicated next steps. At no point have a felt that The Directory Guys and Tiarna do not have my best interests in mind. Personal yet professional.

I Jake Watts speak for - Your Space Innovations Roofing & Building Services Ltd. ‘We had a great experience today with The Directory guys speaking to Gino arranging a package extension after being so pleased with the result on the more narrow vicinity. I actually rang them after doing quite a bit of research on who they are and their competition, turns out they are a Goliath international company setting the bar for affordable marketing assistance. I felt reassured by this however still skeptical as I didnt understand what they were doing but wasn’t silly enough to expect them to tell me given the reasonable prices. As someone well versed and practised in marketing it was an internal frustration I grew past and accepted I can’t do everything because life/buisness is a team sport. At the time my map ranking was around 8/12th locally but sure enough after a few months 3/4 ish it was flying we are now in 6 months and upgrading. I had several people who didnt know each-other from different areas saying we came up in the top 3 or top 5. It was a real shock seeing how effective this has been.
