I was having trouble getting my new dog walking business a Google Business Profile and Google red map tag showing its location. My account manager Ben sorted this in a month after I had failed on my own and offered invaluable advice. The result? I am the top rated dog walking business on Google profiles and have been able to post several 5 star reviews from clients.

They over-promise to get you on board and extremely under-deliver. Be careful with this service.

Tiana, has been great so far. Page has been created and verified in the past couple of weeks. This is the side of my business that I struggle to find time for and Tiana has made the process very easy and has communicated well.

Promise everything, literally done nothing for my business in 6 months, got me in by offering me so cheap, then after I tried to cancel my service with them once I realised I was getting no calls from Google, they are trying to bill me for the 2 / 3 months after, calling it and “end of service “ months of cancellation! As if.

I knew I should have never gone with these.

After first review here they refunded and apologise. Emailed them about cancellation as soon as my business profile was suspended. They continued to request access and olso mention about outstanding payment and pointing that is my fault .

I do appreciate the following copy/paste message will follow as a reply saying that you do apologise that the service didn't work for me...bla bla bla.

They call saying there from google, they will promise everything, but once you start asking when will they do this or that, they say next month, spend 1000£ 0 results, absolute scam. On top of that i told them to cancel it they still wouldn't cancel it, and still continuing taking direct debit. They just don't take no for an answer,
