I tried a box from Dig. (The Dig Box) hoping for a fun gardening experience, but it fell short for me. The items inside weren’t as useful as I hoped, and a few felt random rather than thoughtfully put together. I also found the customer support a bit slow to respond when I had questions.

While some people seem to enjoy their subscription, my own experience didn’t live up to the hype, and I’m unsure if I’d continue with it.

Every month, opening the Dig Box brings continued excitement. The quality of the items and the pairings couldn't be more perfect. Consistent education &enjoyment whether you're an avid gardener or just getting your feet wet, this is perfect!

I took the Kokedama class from Dig and it was incredible! Affordable, well run, and fun. I highly recommend their classes.

I meant to post a review sooner, but better late than never! I got this as a birthday gift for myself and I was truly impressed with the diversity of seeds I received from you guys. One of the seeds included was culantro, an herb I grew up with and living in California, trying to find it locally was almost near impossible without a road trip! To be able to grow it myself and share with my daughter is such a gift. I can’t stop telling people about Dig, I learned a lot about myself through the growing process and I'm excited to see what other unique seeds I’ll get next. Thank you for making such special plants accessible! Thank you for allow me to find myself through this gift of growing! I DIG IT!

I rarely write reviews. Who has the time? Well I’m making time today. I’ve been a Dig Box subscriber for almost a year. Every month, I get so excited when I see the email saying my Dig Box is on the way! When it arrives, I can’t wait to open it and I’m never disappointed. Initially, I hesitated to subscribe because I wasn’t sure what they'd send during colder months, but they’ve been crushing it. One month, I received seeds for houseplants, which I never even considered growing from seed before, and this month, October, I got bulbs that I can plant now and they’ll bloom in early spring. The variety of seeds and plants is amazing! One of my favorites was a weird tomato that you can pull apart piece by piece. So weird, but so cool at the same time. And the tools, omg It’s like they read minds. I get the exact tool I need, exactly when I need it, even when I didn’t know I needed it. Tools I’ve never used before, but they make gardening so much easier. The other thing that I love is that every box has a gardener’s treat. My favorites so far have been shower steamers and a gorgeous ceramic garlic grater. This subscription is how I spoil myself. Since I started my subscription, I spend more time outside, I move more, and we’re eating better. Plus, my yard attracts so many bees and butterflies, which I love. I feel like I’m helping the environment, which is really important to me. Last thing, but really important, Dig’s customer service is fantastic. They’re very responsive. I had to pause my subscription for a couple of months and it was no problem at all. I highly recommend Dig to anyone. It was a Christmas gift to myself last year, but if someone had given it to me for my birthday or Christmas, I’d have lost my mind. This is the best subscription service I’ve ever had.
