What a great company
What a great company. Website so easy to use, non of this create an account. Put in basket, check out. Quick and efficient. I ordered Thursday, on Friday DPD said they are delivering Friday. Wow, with me in 1 day. I didn't pay for express checkout. I have used The Derma Company before and know them to be of the highest quality. Beauty products were wrapped so they didn't squash in transit. Great prices. Also, there is a human being on the end of the phone so any queries about products or deliveries, they know their stuff. I wish all companies could be as efficient as them.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I was able to find my very niche skincare products on here and have them delievered within a week.
Also, when I contacted them to query the delivery the response from Erin was prompt and efficient - brilliant customer service. Thank you! Will definitely be ordering from here again

Amazing Service
Needed to stock up on my Fav products and they were so much cheaper with the Derma Company, I saved almost £100 by buying here. Order arrived in 2 days and I received a free bag and 2 samples as well! Will defo be ordering from here again. Fabulous service.

Ordered a really nice Medik8 retinoid face cream from the derma company which had a bit of money off - arrived incredibly quickly to my London address, within 24 hours. Via DPD. Very happy with the face cream and the service.

I can see that you have made contact with our customer care team regarding an error on your most recent order, it was determined that there was a mistake with selecting the incorrect products rather than an error in your order being processed. This query was responded to within 2 hours (even outside normal working hours). Our team has advised that if you are unhappy with your purchase you would still be eligible to return them based on our normal terms.

Also somebody to speak to at the end of the telephone for advice on products and also failed delivery attempts due to working.
Phoned them this morning to to tell them I’d not received my parcel after 3 failed deliveries.
I don’t live far from the company but within 20 mins of my phonecall my parcel was delivered by hand by the owner. So impressed and they’ve always got discounts and offers on.
