Life saver
I had ordered my son a cake for his birthday which was a complete disaster, basically the cake fell apart and it was his birthday the next day!!
I got in touch with the cravery and explain my situation, they were extremely helpful, I placed my order around 4pm on Monday, the cake was delivered at 2pm the next day!!!!! My sons face when he saw his avengers cake - priceless. Honestly thank you so much for saving the day!! 100000% recommend. Just to add the cake was beautifully decorated, and tasted sooo good, lovely and fresh! I will be buying more cakes in the future, thank you

In terms of ordering a cake
Stitch Birthday Cake - Poor
In terms of ordering a cake, the ordering process was quick and easy.
This was a Stitch (from Lilo and Stitch) birthday cake. While the presentation was really great, the flavour itself wasn't nice at all.
The design of the cakes was blue (for obvious reasons), which was white chocolate ganache with a colouring, unfortunately the colouring didn't have a nice taste (it was very strong) it gave a very alcoholic flavour, *ehem* excuse me, but it also had an effect in the toilet department.
The sponge was a chocolate cake, this was nice, but the hazelnut filling inside however wasn't great either.
I did receive a whattsapp message from the company asking how the cake was received. I did relay my issues but I never received a response back unfortunately, which is poor.

Amazing cupcakes
Ordered the rose cupcakes for my best friend's birthday, with very little notice. However the lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and polite said it would be fine for delivery even though it was last minute. They arrived the next day looked and tasted amazing!! Premium cupcakes 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you for making my friends birthday extra special! :)

Excellent service at short notice
My second time using The Cravery. Camila helped me with a cake at short notice. Communication was her was quick and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble. Tops my list of bakeries.

What can I say the best cake ever
What can I say the best cake ever. I ordered the cake for my grandson’s first birthday, not only did it look amazing it was by far the tastiest cake I have ever had. From ordering the cake to collection it has been an amazing service, will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a smash heart the day before I needed it which was also a bank holiday and the store ensured I got it the next day delivered in perfect condition. It was the tastiest chocolate I’ve ever had me and my sisters loved it absolutely 100/10 from delivery to taste to communication couldn’t be happier!!

Would defiantly recommend! The cake looked and tasted beautiful. The smell in my fridge was unreal… we usually wait until the evening to do the birthday cake, but this year we had it for breakfast!!
I have since tried another company for a cake due to it being more local and practical for collection, however nothing compared to the quality of the cake made by Thecravery. I will defiantly be using them in the future!
