Croatia 2023
October 27th 2023 we went on our first ever group holiday, not sure what to expect. We needn’t have worried from meeting at the airport to arriving back in the UK it was an expertly organised fun trip. Chris and Dev were very knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a good time, were well informed and no one was left out. The group was made up of couples, friends and solo travellers we all really enjoyed the food tour of Croatia, going to eat in places we wouldn’t have found by ourselves. We also had some free time to do your own thing if you wished. We would totally recommend the culinary tour of Croatia, a wonderful way to see at great country. The group still have get togethers with Dev and Chris. We have now booked on our second group trip to Morocco.

Cosmic Croatia
It was such fun going with relatively local folk - so if you DID want to see them again, you weren't travelling half the country to see them. It also meant that it was easier to talk to strangers as at least you had geography and local gossip to talk about - it made it
alot quicker to become friends.
I've always wanted to go to Croatia
and Chris and Dev made it worth the
wait. It is a stunningly beautiful
country and we saw the best of it -
with incredible weather for early
November. It was still busy in
Dubrovnic but if you got up early you could walk the city wall virtually
alone. Bliss. So was the food. There was always a group up for going out in the evening or you could just go with a few folk for a drink in the bar. Whatever suited best at the time.
In short we had a ball - any slight problem was sorted. Not that I can recall any! I'm going on the 2024 Morocco trip- so that's a recommendation and a half!

First experience of a culinary tour and I absolutely loved it! The company had obviously well researched all the travel and accommodation. The itinerary was culturally diverse and interesting. The hotels were luxurious, friendly and well positioned for our Croatia excursions. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the delicious food, wine and friendly banter with such a great bunch of like minded travellers. I felt well informed and included in all that the tour was offering as well as enjoying some private time. Highly recommend The Cooks Adventures for couples, friends or solo travellers.
