Lovely cheese again, but sad to hear that this is the end of the road - especially as I have just completed my 6 stickers! Missed the chutney and the replacement blue. Best of luck for the future!

Bought as a gift for delivery and the 3 is based on the missed delivery date and cheese arriving in not best gift giving state.
Products arrived a day later and wet and messy from the ice pouch been damaged in transit. Not a best start for a gift.

Hi Angela,
Thanks so much for your review!
We’re very sorry to hear that your gift order didn’t arrive in the condition you expected, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
We do our best to ensure all packages arrive safely and on time, but we’re sorry that the ice pouch was damaged in transit and that this affected the presentation of the cheese. We'll be following this up with our courier partner.
Thank you so much again for letting us know. We hope we have the chance to give you a much smoother experience in the future.
Best wishes,
Jen 🤓

My package was never delivered
My package was never delivered. Very upset as this is my family in the UK and I live in the US. I've used the service before but this time was a disaster. Will not recommend or use again.

Hi Tina,
We’re very sorry to hear how disappointing this experience was, especially as you were ordering from overseas - we completely understand how upsetting this must have been.
Unfortunately, the parcel was lost in transit with DHL, and we’re truly sorry that this wasn’t picked up by us sooner. While we do our best to monitor every order and proactively contact customers, during peak volumes this one was regrettably missed, and we fully acknowledge that this added to your frustration.
As soon as you brought it to our attention, we arranged for a fresh replacement to be sent on the earliest possible delivery date. We’re sorry if this resolution didn’t meet your expectations, and we genuinely regret that we let you down on this occasion.
If you’d like us to look into this further or discuss alternative options, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@thecheesegeek.com - we’d really like the opportunity to help.

Easy ordering, good comms, no hassle delivery.
Ordered in advance - easy to do. Was kept up to date with delivery details and arrived at the time specified - well packaged and kept cool. Can't comment on taste yet but have used this friendly firm before and have enjoyed their products. Looks great and looking forward to indulging ourselves over Christmas

Great service, prompt delivery, goods exactly as described. I'm in New Zealand and ordered a delivery for a friend in the UK and it was all handled efficiently and smoothly, with great communication throughout and delivery tracking as well. I'll be using them again, for sure.

Hi DW,
Thanks so much for the cheese love! 💛
We’d like to formally apologise for getting you hooked on the yellow stuff - our boxes really should come with a warning, shouldn’t they?!
We’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying the delivery and that our cheese has earned a permanent spot in your snack rotation. That’s exactly the kind of problem we like to cause 😉
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review!

Message not included in the shipment
Bought cheese gifts as Christmas presents for friends. None of them received the Christmas message I included with the order, consequently they had no idea why/who from they arrived. Difficult to find/add little extras such as crackers/chutneys to the order. Only small choice of cheese gifts compared with the past. Cheeses said to be nice. No company contact telephone/email to enable a small change to order (due to mistake made actually because of opaque and clunky ordering process).

Hi Jolanta,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback -we’re really sorry that parts of your Christmas gift experience fell short!
We’re particularly disappointed that the gift messages didn’t arrive with the orders. We know how important that personal touch is, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been for both you and your friends. We’ve followed this up internally and have sent you a separate email with more details and a small gesture to apologise.
We’re also sorry to hear that the ordering process as a whole didn't feel clear or smooth. Your comments are really helpful, and we’ve shared them with our team as we continue to improve the website and gifting experience.
We’re glad to hear the cheeses themselves were enjoyed, but we appreciate that the overall experience matters just as much. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
If you ever need support in the future, our team is always happy to help via email at hello@thecheesegeek.com.
Best wishes,

Disappointed
Although advertised as a Christmas gift, and that it would be in date for Christmas, the best BB date was 23.12.25.
Also was described as a hamper, but was not packaged as I would have thought a hamper to be. Cheeses were packed loose in a postage box, with no presentation box. Quite disappointed
