The reason I left 1 star for carway ,isn't choice I'd have made ,minus zero not an option .the carway falsely sold me warranty I said didn't want,cost nearly £400 .
The car bought has electrical locking system ,when you open the door ,in turn mechanism ,not bodywork !
The caraway dishonesty took warranty I said I didn't want ! On invoice sheet no mention ,plus told by sales this was removed . They lied !!
You conned me for nearly £400 pound warranty !! In turn I've read other reviews about their warranty (pls read),,,,,,,exact same situation as I face ,in turn things covered under their warranty (like door handle ,electric mechanism),supposed to be covered .
I've only had this car 2 months ,in turn worried !! Carway want good relations,repute ? They should honour their warranty or return my warranty payment .
Will my car survive winter ,or rest fall apart .don't be fooled by the caraway .buy elsewhere.

Really impressed with my Nissan Juke purchased from The Car Way - was as described when I came to see it and they made sure I was happy before I drove away, replaced the two front tyres as these were worn.

I purchased a car from The Car Way in July and while the car itself is fine, I've been disappointed with their after-sales service. They promised to provide me with two keys and assured me they would contact me as soon as they found the second one. However, after months of waiting, they claimed to have mailed the key to my address without ever confirming with me.

I find it highly suspicious that they could create a new car key without having the car present. When I contacted them to inquire about the situation, they claimed the car manager wasn't available and promised to call me back, but I never received a call.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from The Car Way to think twice. Their lack of communication and failure to fulfill their promises are unacceptable.

They were absolutely amazing, so helpful with me buying my second car, and answered any question that I had. Also when on the test drive the person was so nice took me to a nice quiet area so I could get use to the car and also learn more about it. When buying the car gave me so much information and definitely explaining all the paperwork that they printed off for me. Amazing service

Not your typical carsales company, not pushy one bit which is refreshing. Let me browse, test drive and ponder all in my own time. Buying a car is a big deal! Only downside is they don't put a 12 month MOT or tax the vehicle if its run out. Otherwise very friendly and polite.

Good garage .

Recently purchased an Astra from them, and only realised later that one of the day-time running lights wasn't working (I'd checked the other lights as part of the test drive, but not those!). They sorted out getting it replaced with no fuss at all, only took about 20 minutes at their local garage and then I was on my way again. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process.

Would not recommend this company unless you want ripped off got a vehicle off these in February and had nothing but chew with it the refused to recover the vehicle from coil packs to spark plugs to the car needing welding on the cat and is off the road again 12,000 pound as it’s finance car they not bothered about the customer as long as they sell the car I have now edited my review since early as you have rang me threading me with legal action all I say is bring it on because I know who will win I will review you on every site possible all park out side ur business and tell people about yous disgusting dealer ship and u said for us to bring the car back it was under warranty you should off picked it up I have rang yous plenty off times seems someone in ur office told us to go to a garage to get the car fixed u refused to pay the garage there’s plenty off bad reviews about yous we all must be lieing eh

Really helpful and friendly, no pressure to buy which made the experience really enjoyable. I was looked after really well and the car is fantastic! They keep you up to date every step of the way.

From my initial enquiry up until personally delivering the car to my front door, Ehsan was a pleasure to deal with. In this day and age of poor customer service, other businesses should strive to be as courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
