The Career Edit Anmeldelser

I had a great experience working with Manni on my resume and LinkedIn profile. He took the time to understand my background and career goals and made thoughtful improvements to both. He was professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented.

Manni was always proactive and helpful. He customised my CV to help me get more design focused frontend dev roles. What makes Manni stand out was his empathic nature. His fees were very affordable too.

The CV rewrite service provided by Manni Rai delivered to my expectations. The content remained (so no need to revise any verbal summary), but was formatted for an improved flow of my career timeline, with an improved focus on highlighting key skills and experience relevant to today's job market. I recommend the service provided by Manni.

After a long period of job searching, I invested in a structured CV review from The Career Edit ✓. It was money well spent!

I was tired of being overlooked and rejected before being seen. I had already applied the resume advice from several kind souls, but I was still mostly invisible.

Manni responded to a LinkedIn comment I made and we started a dialogue. Those messages proved that he could see how my experience could be presented differently – presented in a way that a recruiter could quickly see key abilities without having to dig them out of the details. It was extremely helpful to understand more of how a recruiter would interpret my experience and how my position could be strengthened.

Using the feedback of the CV review, I combined several ideas to produce a stronger, market-facing CV/resume and an updated LinkedIn profile. I was able to retell my story with a different presentation, one more easily interpreted by recruiters.

Results! Almost immediately after I made those changes, I saw a significant increase in recruiter engagement, was approached directly for opportunities, and secured more interviews than before.

For anyone feeling stuck, sometimes an external recruiter perspective can help identify blind spots that are difficult to see yourself. I found it valuable and I recommend Manni and The Career Edit.

What a professional service ! Manni was responsive, professional and exceptionally helpful in reviewing my CV and the proposed changes made so much sense as he could see wood for the trees. I actually feel confident with his changes, a new role will appear. Outstanding

The Career Edit promised a quick CV rewrite and delivered in spades. Thanks to their speedy service, I now have a document optimised for broader career opportunities.

From first touch point to coaching through interviews the service and support at the Career Edit has far exceeded my expectations.

I've invested in the CV support and CV rewrite and both have transformed how I translate my career story. As someone who works in Talent Acquisition and confident prompting AI to tailor CVs and cover letters, I was sceptical that the service could help me break through from application stage to interviews - but Mannie was able to clearly articulate problematic areas, reframe and clearly structure a CV with laser precision.

His work unlocked not one but four interviews. A total 5 star service, not just unlocking potential on paper but giving me back my confidence in a tough job market - it's been transformational.

I cannot recommend The Career Edit highly enough. Their support has been invaluable throughout my job search journey.

They completely reconstructed my CV, transforming it into a professional, impactful document that truly reflects my skills, experience, and achievements. More importantly, they provided valuable insight into the current job market, helping me understand what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for and how best to position myself as a candidate.

The team took the time to understand my background and offered practical, tailored advice on how to market both my experience and personal brand effectively. As a recruitment professional myself, I found their expertise, guidance, and attention to detail incredibly beneficial.

Thanks to their support, I now feel far more confident in presenting my experience and navigating today's competitive job market. If you're looking for expert career advice, CV support, and guidance on how to stand out to employers, I would highly recommend The Career Edit.

Thank you for all your help and support.

Manni provided some really useful insight and suggestions for my CV. Would recommend.

Manni took the time to understand both my experience and where I wanted to take my career. He helped turn a broad operations background into a clear, focused CV that better communicated my leadership experience, transferable skills, and value. His feedback was thoughtful, practical, and personalized throughout the process. I came away with a much stronger CV and greater confidence in how I present my experience to employers. I would absolutely recommend working with him.

I must admit I never realised how important a well-written CV was until Manni worked his magic on my CV. I could see the effects from almost the very next day— I started hearing back from organisations!

Manni is highly fluent in recruiter-ese, and fine tunes your CV and unlocks your career potential in a way that is life changing.

I can’t thank Manni enough for his help! He didn’t just fix my CV, he fixed my career trajectory!

As a freelancer feeling like I was in a bit of a dead end, I reached out to the Career Edit for some advice. In the end I went for the CV audit, and with their help discovered it wasn't an experience issue, but one of presentation. With a retooled CV, the silence suddenly turned into responses, and those responses ended up with new clients.
TCE is full of knowledge and positive, practical help, but most importantly, candid and understanding. If you need help in your search for work, you can 100% trust them.

CV service was great - I was a little skeptical at first so I ordered the review service at first rather than the review and rewrite, thinking I could rewrite myself. However the workbook sent extracted just the level of information I would expect and the report was so comprehensive I immediately ordered the rewrite too. Took my CV from 4 pages to 2 without losing any key content and the CV was stronger as a result. There is a final review once you get the CV back to do any final changes. All in all a great service and can thoroughly recommend.

When The Career Edit reviewed and rewrote my resume, I had been applying for mid-senior communications roles for five months. While I had been landing interviews, they were not converting to offers.

The Career Edit's intake process is thorough, and they made some great changes that helped position my experience better. They developed 2 versions of my resume since I was consistently applying for two different trajectories.

Immediately after I started using the resumes, I landed two interviews for two dream roles. Since the stakes were high, I also hired The Career Edit for interview prep. I loved the interview prep format, which was basically a well-formatted study guide that helped me think through how to position myself in the interviews.

Sometimes you need someone more objective to help you get out of your own head and name what's important to focus on, what makes you stand out as a candidate, and why you're the best fit for the role. I ended up being offered both roles!

Throughout the process, I felt cared for, like they were truly invested in me and rooting for me. And the price was affordable, too. I highly recommend The Career Edit.

I am very pleased with the services provided by Manni. My resume hadn't been revised and updated and designed for years and Manni assisted me in having this done smoothly and quickly. The job market has changed, it still evaluates and Manni knows what, how and when. Manni listens and double checks with you: what you need, what you want and what you are looking for and what you expect to achieve, Really recommend.

Manni has been my go-to person for career guidance, from the biggest decisions down to the smallest, silliest doubts. Throughout my job search journey, he was always available and genuinely invested in helping me find the right path forward. What I appreciate most is his rational, grounded approach he never just tells you what to do, he helps you think it through so you arrive at the right decision yourself. He's approachable, radiates positivity, and honestly, he seems to have a Midas touch, everything he guides you toward just seems to work out. I'm deeply grateful for his guidance.

I can’t recommend Career Edit enough! I’m so happy with the finished result of my CV and the way Mani was able to completely elevate my experience and present my career in a way that really makes me stand out.

The process was professional, personal and incredibly worthwhile. Mani genuinely takes the time to understand your career, your strengths and where you want to go next.

Manni Rai kept by his word throughout the process. I had a new CV within 48 hours as discussed. I'd recommend Manni to anyone who is seeking work, has a tired CV and needs a fresh approach. All in all, excellent work Manni. I take my hat off to you Sir!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. In addition to helping me create a more polished and well-formatted resume, Manni provided invaluable guidance in fine-tuning and elevating my positioning. That strategic insight was by far the most valuable part of the experience.
