Aspire Learners is a dedicated tuition centre based in Hatfield, supporting children aged 4–16 with high-quality, structured and personalised learning. We provide tuition in Maths, English and Science, as well as GCSE support and specialist 11+ exam preparation. Our aim is to help every child strengthen their academic foundations, build confidence and develop the skills needed to achieve their full potential. Our 11+ programme supports Year 4 and Year 5 students preparing for selective school entrance examinations, with particular focus on schools such as Dame Alice Owen’s and Queen Elizabeth’s Boys’ School. Preparation includes English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, vocabulary development, exam technique and regular timed mock examinations. At Aspire Learners, we believe that effective tuition goes beyond simply completing worksheets. Our programmes combine structured teaching, regular homework, assessments, progress monitoring, detailed explanations and feedback so that students and parents have a clear understanding of progress and areas that require further development. We keep our classes focused so that tutors can provide individual attention, identify areas of difficulty and adapt their teaching to suit each student’s needs. Our students are encouraged to ask questions, learn from mistakes and gradually become more confident and independent learners. Our GCSE programmes provide targeted support in Maths, English and Science, including topic revision, exam-style questions, past-paper practice and exam technique. Based in Hatfield Town Centre, Aspire Learners welcomes families from Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas. We are committed to providing a supportive, encouraging and academically focused environment where children can learn with confidence and make consistent progress.

My son started his year 5 11+…

My son started his year 5 11+ preparation with Aspire Learners, and we have been very happy with the way the course is organised.
He prefers face-to-face learning rather than online classes, so classroom sessions have worked well for him. The lessons are structured clearly, and over time we have seen a good improvement in both his confidence and his understanding of the subjects. After each lesson, an update is shared with us his parents, highlighting his areas of difficulty and providing guidance on how we can support him in improving. A detailed explanation of his progress and areas that require further attention is also provided.
We are pleased with his progress and, because of our experience so far, we have also enrolled our younger child into the Year 4 11+ programme.
The tutors are friendly, supportive and easy to approach whenever we have any questions about the work or the course.
We are very happy with Aspire Learners and would definitely recommend Sudhakar and the team to other parents looking for 11+ preparation.

I strongly recommend Aspire Learning



We are really happy with the support our son has received from Aspire Learners during his 11+ preparation. He recently sat the first round of the Dame Alice Owen’s exam and we were delighted that he qualified for the second round. He is now preparing for the next stage and the team continues to guide and support him really well.

What we appreciate most is the personal attention and the way the teaching is focused on where he needs to improve. The face-to-face sessions in Hatfield are also very convenient for us, and we feel he benefits a lot from being in a classroom environment with other children preparing for the same exams.

Our son has been attending since Year 3 for English and Maths, and most importantly, for the Year 4 and Year 5 11+ preparation. The group sessions offer a healthy, competitive environment that kept the children motivated throughout the entire journey .

Sudhakar and Rani have been very supportive throughout the journey and have helped build our son’s confidence. We are very pleased with his progress and would definitely recommend Aspire Learners to other parents preparing for the 11+.
