Horrible as it can be
Horrible. Got the fake bag, reported it. No action was taken. They replaced the bag and sent even worst counterfeit bag that was horrible quality.
I have saved all the video recordings, WhatsApp chats, photos.. everything. Still doubting should I report to police or not…
Awaiting response from Entrupty as no internal investigation was done from their side, this I should not be bothered to do, but the answers I got is that seller took the bag and all ended there.
What these sellers would do is, create one certificate on Entrupty and sell multiple bags under that certificate. Which I assume happened to me as seller literally grabbed the bag and didn’t even gave a chance to BOPF to check it themselves.
Please, please, please be careful.

BOPF thoroughly inspects all items posted online for sale , in addition , we use an AI backed authenticity tool :Entrupy (Entrupy is an industry wide trusted authentication tool , which authenticates bags using stamp codes , and much more )
Entrupy offers 99% authenticity accuracy (with a financial guarantee ) and In the rare chance an item is proven to be inauthentic we issue full refunds .
The bag you ordered came with an Entrupy issued certificate . We’ve flagged your concerns about authenticity with Entrupy and with the supplier.
Please note that our consignor policy stipulates fines for any items proven to be fake - by credible authentication authorities ( official brand letters and licensed third party authentication companies) . BOPF also reserves the right to issue life time bans on any consignors found to repeatedly violate our consignment policies.
We’ve since issued you a full refund as per our policy on matters like this .
