Good price, questionable everything else?
I found the product on BOPF for half the price on it's original manufacturer. Purchased the item and got it in a timely manner. However, item seems like it was worn once or twice before? Additionally, my credit card marked this purchase as a "potential fraud"! I think product is good for the price though

Yes we are a pre-owned website and the shoes that you ordered clearly specified the condition of the item with the mention of 'Scuffs on rubber outsole' in the description. Furthermore, photos with the condition of the shoes were included in the listing.
Regarding your credit card marking the purchase as potential fraud, we kindly ask you to check with your bank as everything from our end checks out fine and there was no indication of fraud.

Go with another company or message seller private
Canceled my order supposedly because item was never for sale, paid for in a usd account and charged doubled aed fee by bank to me. Emailed customer service and they told me no you didn't get charged lol. I have proof and they said lies and then stopped responding. Don't waste your time with this company only every issues with them!

We sincerely apologize for the issues with your order. Unfortunately the item you ordered was not available in stock, which is why we had to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Please note that there are no refund fees from our side. Any fees faced, typically come from the card company or bank and unfortunately this is beyond our control.
We've emailed you a while back offering an additional significant refund from our side to cover any fees you may have faced. Seems you must have missed our email. We've offered this as a way to compensate for the cancelled order, however we never heard back from you.
We invite you to please respond to the email and we'll be happy to extend the additional refund which we have already offered you before now.

The product itself is exactly as described and a great customer service!
The product is exactly as described no issue there. However, it was delivered without any packaging not even in a plastic bag! The LV bag pouch fabric cover arrived dirty with black marks on it. It was very shocking to have something delivered not even protected with the minimum paper wrap or plastic bag.

After posting my review I received a call from The Bopf and the lady (I didn’t get her name) profusely apologized and asked for pics if it was not too much trouble. I sent the photos and she agreed the shipping dropped the ball on that one and apologiezed some more. She offered to have the dust bag collected and dry cleaned. It will be collected tomorrow. I did appreciate how quick they were to respond and the fact that they take full responsibility. They have a great customer service and are very quick to respond, well done! They definitely deserve a 5 stars rating. I will purchase from them again in the future. Thank you.

Expect the pictures to be very different from what you will receive….then someone at BOPF I spoke with online assured me I could send it back and then never provided me with any further help and stopped answering my questions about the return….unfortunate.
