We understand the product you've received did not meet your expectations, so regarding that, we want to provide you with possible solutions in this regard.
You can trade the LED Door Sills with someone who has the same brand car or you can gift them to your friends
If we decided to accept your return request, then you have to wait until the product reaches to our warehouse to get refund. But there is no surety if the returned product reaches to our warehouse or not. In most of the cases it was held by the customs, and technically we did not get the product for 2-3 months or never. (a lot of customers faced the same issue, and we provide you the proof)
In that case, you'll be the one who will face the most inconvenience at that time.
Still, if you want to return you can return the product to us
But before that, we want to make sure the product should be in perfect condition and not used. We will need two pictures to verify it.
In the first picture, we need to see that all sills still have the protective film on them.
In the second picture, we need to see the product is in its original packaging & name label showing us the outer packaging. Her name is Trisha L. I wish I could add the video of this terrible product. Hope this helps someone NOT to give them your money!

This company's customer service and products suck. I ordered two sets of these cheapily made seals, one for both vehicles my BMW light broke within 3 days it doesn't even light up anymore. I reach out to customer service they told me that there was nothing they could do but then they sent me an email telling me they had a sale and I could order some new door seals I won't be ordering anything from them ever again. Don't be fool by the pretty pictures

They sent me 3 dashcams and neither of them are the ones that they actually sell on the site. When I wanted to ship them back for a refund they told me that can’t guarantee I get my money back if they sit at customs too long. They take days to respond back to emails. The reviews on their website are fake. They are scammers do not buy! PayPal also did nothing to help me get my money back.

My package of lighted Sill plates were not working properly since the sensor stickers were mistakenley ommited,Ava promptly forward the sensors and issue was resolved

I installed these valve stem lights on my 2023 Polaris Slingshot Roush Edition, and the red light match the paint really good! They work very well! Thank you!

Not only did I receive defected items . But I reached out to “Bloom support” and expressed my concerns with the product and I get a response one minute later from someone ignorant named Trisha completely disregarding my response and saying “Have a great day”. Not only did I get defected items but customer service is nonexistent. It’s rude . Products are made from cheap plastic junk . NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. This company is a joke . Go buy yourself actual good products from somewhere else , literally ANYWHERE else . Oh and their “return “ policy . You can forget about that because they disregard that completely as well. I’ve you’ve read this far take my advice and don’t even give them a dime . Goodluck Trisha 🤭

Quality of the product is very poor. all 4 door sills got scratched immediately right after closing and open the door. Adhesive stickers provided are of no use with some of them having wrong cuts. they look nice but i guess i might trash them very soon know the return problems. cheap Chinese product!!

Product didn’t fit. When asked about a return and refund they suggested a trade or sell it with a friend. Then they said they could not guarantee my return would get back to them. Huh? I just noticed their Facebook Store pages have disappeared.

Vollkatastrophe. Die Leisten sehen extrem billig aus. Habe beleuchtete Einstiegsleisten für's Auto gekauft - zwei Stück für 60€. Wollte die Leisten dann zurückgeben weil sie optisch einfach nur billig daherkommen. Alles Plastik. Mit sowas will keiner sein Auto tunen ... und dann zu dem Preis...

Ich wollte die Leisten dann zurückgeben, aber vergesst es, der Kundendienst sagt einem ganz klar, dass das vermutlich gar nicht funktioniert und dass sie erst erstatten wenn die Ware bei denen ankommt. Angeblich wäre es erfahrungsgemäß so, dass das in 2-3 Monaten der Fall sein könnte, wenn man Glück hat, und außerdem kann passen, dass der Zoll die Ware nicht durchlassen könnte und dann müsse man sich selber drum kümmern. Außerdem soll man Fotos schicken, dass alles im Originalzustand ist. Also auf gut deutsch wird einem mitgeteilt, dass man keine Retouren annimmt. Kundenservice sieht definitiv komplett anders aus!!! Schade dass ich darauf reingefallen bin. Die 60€ hätte ich auch zum Fenster rauswerfen können, dann hätte sich wenigstens einer meiner Nachbarn gefreut ...

Dont waste your money it cheap and is not as they described. Been going back and forth with and basically was told i wont get a refund. Don't bother.

Wow the door sills were just terrible quality and they didn't fit the car at all. They scratched immediately upon opening and closing the door in the front and the back ones actually cracked? So I threw the back ones away immediately and the front ones look terribly scratched with a few opening and closings of the door. Don't waste your money on these

This company is a complete racket! I ordered the door sill lights (front and rear). Pieces were missing. There's a little rubber white piece that is supposed to water seal the charge port. Mine came detached and it cannot be reattached. I'd have better luck putting a genie back into a bottle. I also ordered puddle lights from them. They sent the wrong lights. I never heard back from them to get a resolution. If you send them an email, expect it to take 3 or 4 days for a reply. The 1st email I sent them was June 6. As of June 24, nothing. They are masterful at replying to multiple emails without actually resolving your issue. That makes it seem very intentional to me. Using BloomCar is a risky gamble. If you have money to throw away, go for it. If you work hard for your money and wanna be sure you are gonna get what you paid for, look elsewhere!

Cheaply made product.

Poor quality and definitely not simple install as reflected in their videos. Very unhappy with these door sill lights.

Thebloomcar.com false advertising they ask info about the car (make model year type) i got the door stills fronts too big the rears to small none magnetic they say 60 seconds installation magnetic hahaha came with Velcro stick on, they telling me to remove the factory door stills because they’re not metal in which they are and actually they look a lot better than the ones they sell the non-magnetic. I tested them on my stainless steel refrigerator door and a metal cabinet non-magnetic. These are garbage i’m gonna get a camera guy and make a video of the product and testing to prove them that non-magnetic and put it on YouTube. I’ll keep you guys posted when I get the video done professionally it’s not about the money it’s the principal of false advertising waiting for garbage for 30 days to come in and the original stills look a lot better than the ones I just got which they scratch and they move because it’s with
Velcro stick on even on that it was short Velcro for the spots. Where do they show you the locations to put them on

The lights automatically turn off after 1 minute, like hello? When I reached out to their customer support email (which is supposedly 24/7 support), i got a reply back within minutes of:

This imminently made me think AI response and there's no actual support as it didn't address my concerns at all. Upon further research I found all of these other 1 star reviews discussing the same thing about non existent support etc. I was also disappointed with the lack of brightness; but mostly disappointed with the auto off feature. Like, wouldn't you want people to ask where i got their product so they can order it too?

Got the door sills a while back and they were alright at first. But after a month the top of the sill literally ripped off and was never to be seen again. Since I used double sided adhesive tape over my existing sills I will now have to risk ripping off my existing sills just to take these ones off. Do not buy sills here look elsewhere.

Worse company ever why can't we give no stars. They will not refund my items and money. I have sent in pictures emails etc. But nothing. They should be banned from us and doing business here. They are stealing money from our consumers. Please have website shutdown and banned. Please keep your money. Please do no business with this dishonest company, please.

product didn't fit ,asked for a refund and to return product , lots of ridiculous requests for videos , i explained i have already packed the product up , they suggested i see if a friend wants it , are you kidding me!!!! don't know where this company is but i have my suspicions its china , if they want to do business in the US i suggest they learn how . The product is complete garbage there return policy consists of them telling you to give the broken product to someone but if you need to return for full refund they can’t guarantee that they will ever receive it and won’t be able to give you a refund until they get it back. This company should be shut down immediately don’t buy from them ever
