Excellent service item was as described if not better would highly recommend

I first saw the Armour Case that a fellow Marine was using for his cell phone. I asked him about it and he allowed me to look at it and handle it. It was solid and he stated he has no regrets getting one. So, I ordered mine for my phone and I couldn't be happier with it, knowing that my phone will be well protected!

This is my second case that I have purchased from this company. I needed a case that was durable for the lifestyle that I have, I don’t think I would own another case that wasn’t made by this company. I highly recommend them if you do a lot of rough stuff, the quality of workmanship that they put into making these cases are well worth the purchase price .

I would give this company no.stars if I could. I purchased a case for $60. And the hinge broke on it after two weeks. I didn't drop it it just broke due to a defective case. I emailed the company and they said they wouldn't return it or send me a new one unless I purchased another one for half off. Are you kidding me??? Why would I buy another case from a company that doesn't stand behind their products?

Even though this was one of the only options on the internet or otherwise for my older model of phone, I'm very happy with the quality of this case. It's light weight and protects my phone and looks nice as well. The only down side is that this particular model of case doesn't work with wireless chargers, so I have to remove the case to use that charger. So if I had a suggestion for the company, making future cases compatible with wireless chargers would be it. (Or maybe they already are, and I have no way of knowing since my phone is so old.)
Overall, I'm grateful I don't have to get a new phone cause I'm still able to protect the one I've got.

Well they sent me the wrong case that I ordered, but after reaching out to customers service. They are sending me the right one. But from what I can tell they case will be great also.

This is the second case I've purchased from The armour case. Same one but for my upgraded Samsung Z Fold 4. The reviews prior to purchase were terrible. Complaints from the wrong case sent, wrong size, or took too long to receive. I have had none of those issues either time. Purchase was quick and easy. Email confirmation and updates were sent in timely manner. Even sent arrival date, which was about 2 weeks after purchase. And the best case on the market for my phone. Leather is durable and not cheap looking. Most leather covers for the fold are loose and don't fit right. This case fits snug and looks great.

After ordering I received an email that informed me the order was in "process". After 5 days of "processing" I requested to cancel my order and was told it was to late to cancel. Oh no. This company is shipping directly from China people. They may be a USA registered business but don't be fooled. It will take 15 days to receive your item and the return policy states you must pay for return shipping AND incur a 25% administrative fee although you've never spoken to a live person. This is a way to deter returns and is a very bad business model. In 2023 no one should be selling any phone accessories that cannot afford inventory to be housed stateside. Time is of the essence. Never ordering from The Armour Case again.

The case was reasonably priced, the website was easy to navigate, and the product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The case itself fits snugly without affecting phone functionality. It also looks nice and my phone didn't break when I dropped it on purpose or otherwise

This is a terrible case will not charge with Mag charging screws come out very easily and only special screw driver works with it that comes with delivery hopefully you don’t lose it and after a month the touchpad doesn’t respond to touch since to much space is between phone and protective cover! I would never buy from this company again!

What a great phone wallet!!! I was skeptical buying from anyone other than Amazon, but thought I would give ArmourCase a try. The zipper section is perfect and not bulky at all, holds my cards and info, and makes carrying the phone so much easier. Loving my new Pixel 6 now that I hve the ArmourCase!! Shipping was a little slow (got a shipped email but didn't actually go out for several days), but glad it got here safely.

Phone case was shipped on time. Really like the quality of the product and it was very easy to install.

Only, thing is phone doesn’t charge on a charging stand with phone case.

The armor case was very good but only lacking one thing a protective screen cover.

Fabulous case, nearly indestructible. Case is NOT compatible with wireless charging.

The case is durable, and soft to the touch. Also has a lot of space for cards, having 5 slots compared to the usual 2 in other wallet cases. I will definitely be using Armor Case in the future.

I accidentally ordered the wrong case size for my dad and it was very easy to contact the company to receive a replacement! The case was very heavy duty and nice since my dad does a lot of yard work he was tired of particles flying in his phone case. Highly recommend!!!

I received wrong case and communication was good when I ask for right one. Then when I ask how to proceed to get the right one half price as that is what I was offered, all communication was ended. My last two emails asking how to proceed have gone unanswered.
