With only one experience, it is somewhat unfair to comment on the process, but my experience was for the most part favorable
because I had a representative's name as a contact, and that was invaluable when, as a first time seller, I had problems or was just confused.
I think you need a programmed interface that step by step leads you through the process, interfacing during each step by stating
what is required..(contact info/item description) and designate a specific customer contact such as Leslie. Frankly I found your website confusing, but it could be my problem, not yours.
I intend to use your company in the future, so you are doing a lot correctly, just add a more personal touch with a specific contact.

This was a really easy and safe process. I was a little afraid of sending my gold to someone I didn't know, but they turned out to be trustworthy. Their offer was higher than any of the offers I got locally, but it was not much greater to be suspicious (too good to be true). They sent me the mailing supplies, informed me when my shipment had been made, and made me an offer within 2 days of mailing my gold. When I accepted the offer, they transferred the money to my PayPal account right away
