Alloy market is the best if I can give more than 5 stars I would, I called and they sent out a paid return envelope I sent items in and within 2 days they sent me an offer I agreed and same day in the evening received my direct deposit in my Bank. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends. Not sure why anyone would give them less than 5 stars.

I had two old gold crowns and some sterling silver jewelry that my wife no longer wore, so we wanted to sell it. Alloy market was very straight forward to deal with. They were easy to communicate with and were responsive. I sent my stuff in the prepaid FedEx envelope they provided, two days later they received it, and a day later I got their offer, which I am thrilled with the offer. Alloy provided great customer service. Several people reached out to me and wasn't pushy. I had questions and each time I was given a quick response. I was the one that took a while to even look at the gold jewelry that I was going to send to the company. An offer was sent to me almost as soon as they received my envelope. I was surprised at the offer. Also payment was sent to me soon after I accepted. All in all I had a very good experience with the company.
