I have rewritten this review today because the fault is largely with me but I was naive. So I signed up with an expensive deal with the 4% Club who are now liquidated. They signed me with a 3rd party payment plan MoneyMe. I had no idea I would be paying 20% variable interest on $2000 so by the time this payment was finished I had paid $3.5g. I'm sickened to the bone by my own stupidity. They never made this clear to me on signing and I stupidly did not read the fine print on my 3rd party plan. Previously I had an interest free payment plan with a 3rd party and assumed it was the same deal....that's naivety and slack on my part for not looking into the contract with the 3rd party. Don't be an idiot and make the same mistake. What was originally an expensive diet plan that was really never an value at all in all honesty and no follow up from the 4% club, turned into a huge mistake basically giving MoneyMe a huge investment of $1.6 grand in fees and interest. I'm so ashamed of myself as I could have paid the 4%club outright I just thought staggered payment would be better interest free. Everyone please learn from me. I should have trusted my gut and never signed up. In vulnerable times you make bad decisions. It sux.

This was my last resort to get rid of the 10 kilos I had stacked on with menopause. It worked so well I lost just over 11 kilos and counting. New lease on life, bundles of energy and clothes have never fit better. Highly recommend! Coach was lovely and very supportive. It will not work unless you stop with all the excuses and just get it done. It’s that simple!

Worst Investment Ever.
I lost $3000 for a 6 month program and never received what I paid for. I did find another company for literally half the price and received weekly support, customised weightloss medication, weightloss vitamins, meal plans from a real dietician and genetic testing as well. I strongly recommend anyone who is still needing help look at Nume Weightloss Program. I lost 20 kgs in six months and the support was exactly what was promised and no hidden charges.

I am so disappointed that we were not informed that the company was in Dire Straits when they were happy to sign me up and take $2500 from me. I was only a few weeks into my pre paid program when I received an email from the liquidators.

The company is in liquidation, you could have stopped payments days before this happened or let us know to stop payment, I wondered why it was so hard to have contact with an instructor and then I got one they sounded like they didn't care

The company is in liquidation. I received an email from the liquidator along with a personal message from my Coach. I have also received an email from Payrite the third-party company collecting payments on behalf of the company. They have put this fortnight payment on pause however there is a notification that the likelihood is repayments will have to continue. If anybody else wants to take this company to task with me, I am looking to start a class action against the directors. I have lost over $6000 with my signup with this company. My coach was fabulous - this is a supportive, informative and patient program that has helped me redefine my relationship with food and my health. I have reached and exceeded my goals and learnt more than I thought I would. Most importantly, I don't feel I've had to change myself all that much - I'm still essentially me living my life, but more consciously.

4% club gave me a new lease on life! I now know I will never have to worry about my weight again! My coach Tanya is amazing. Such a beautiful woman to help me through my program. She definitely knows her stuff and helps with anything I need which includes pain management. I’m set to maintain my weight throughout the rest of my life. Thank you!!!

I found joining the 4% club to be very beneficial for both myself and my family. They benefited from my improved lifestyle. The reason I joined is because I found their holistic approach to be appealing as it encompasses so much more than weight loss. My coach Kelsey was amazing and her approach made it so easy for me to understand and execute the program successfully and continue to do so. Kelsey is so knowledgeable in so many areas & could answer any questions I had. She offered support & encouragement every step of the way whether it be for the little wins I had or if I felt I was starting to get off track. I found her inspiring because after every coaching call & discussion about the program, I always felt empowered.
As well as guiding me so well with our chats, Kelsey would back up her knowledge by sending me links, recipes, resources & the offer of reaching out at any time I felt I needed to. She always has a smile & ability to help me stay motivated.
I think the time allocation of the coaching calls & submission of trackers is spot on. 3 months is long enough to form those new habits & see/feel results, but it isn’t too long to get annoyed about having to do it. I will say I would not really be up for submitting tracker much longer so it worked well.
I definitely recommend the 4% club & definitely Kelsey as a top coach!

The Program has real life Coaches weekly and support network online, which I found amazing to listen to other Coaches' insights on different topics that helped me to where I am today.
Once I had understanding of the program and guidance with my Coach it was so much easier to collaborate on what I needed to what I thought I needed.
Even now I'm finished I have definitely created some awesome habits to continue every day. Especially when I'm eating out as I hated this option, I now look forward to Cafe Brunch/Lunch with my girlfriends.
Be open minded and let the coaches guide and work with you for a transformation that you thought wasn't possible.

Joining 4% club has been transformative and the most positive step I have taken towards better overall health. Over the years, my weight slowly and steadily crept up until I got to my heaviest, at 85kg, heavier than when I was pregnant with twins. My amazing coach, Kristy, has given me so much support, confidence and motivation and taught me patience; how to lose weight steadily, without giving up. I started small and created daily habits that have now become automatic. I have lost 11kg in 5 months and I'm feeling fabulous and excited about this new wellness journey of mine and I know there is more to come! This 4 % Club or Fit For Life is the biggest rip off. It is extremely overpriced and their weekly check ins aren’t simple. Do not subscribe to this Club. The only thing lighter will be your wallet!!

I love that this is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. Im only 7 weeks in but to date everything has been awesome. Contact with my coach, information provided, exercise, meal planning, recipes it has everything to make changes for life not just for a month or two.

I have been with 4percent since the 4th march and it's been the best decision I have ever made .I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about their health or want to lose weight .As I have gotten older I would go hungry ,go on shakes to lose weight and my weight would not budge. With this healthy eating plan I'm never hungry, never crave food it is fantastic, and the support is great .

Please don't fall for this scam. Such a waste of money! Please look at other options. They do not do as promised and push you into signing up then charge you for longer. By the last week the coach didn't even bother to check in and make sure all was good or to see how I found the program. I can't believe I fell for It.
I called today to ask for assistance and the woman Rachel could not care less. I explained my financial difficulties and she said it's what I signed up to. It's how they sign everyone up to make it more affordable.

On the disability pension but they do not care. They prey on peoples distress over wanting to lose weight. Total rip off.

I am week 18 now and have been very impressed so far. I love that I still eat what I used to but just in a different way. I've spent the last 6 years after childbirth being unhappy with my baby weight and heading into perimenopause made me realise now is the time to do something as it will be so much harder in another 5 yrs time. While I thought it was costly, I also realise I need to have that constant check in with someone and being time poor with life commitments this was a lot easier than having to go to an actual appointment to show up for. After all, I wasted $$ on a gym membership week after week and never went. This way I can still do my washing etc. while talking with my coach. Tanya has been brilliant and super encouraging. She doesn't press me if there is nothing I need but always has great ideas and info for me when I do need it. I have a daughter and I want to have a life that is free from her mother "always dieting" It's about lifestyle change and still not denying myself the cake on special occasions and showing her that life is about balance. It's also time I looked after me as well as everyone else.

From day 1 Kelsey my coach made it easy to understand the how's and whys of the program she also taught me how to easily achieve my goals with the right mind set and also how to enjoy myself doing it.
This life time eating plan is just so easy once you get your mind around it and realize that you don't stave yourself to lose weight and improve health you just change what you are eating and in many cases end up eating more than before but the right stuff, it truly works, I lost over 10kg and 17cm over my body, 10cm of that was from around my hips, grab a tape measure and image 10cm removed from the waste band on your clothing all while you are still eating full satisfying meals and NO NASTY DIET.
Honestly it works and it leaves you feeling great with so much more confidence so take the leap of faith and do it, you too will be healthy, confident and smiling like me.

I was signed up over the phone without getting to read all the terms and conditions. I rang 2 days later to ask to cancel the membership costing over $5,000 and was persuaded into trying and staying on. I did for a few weeks but as in the first place knew it was not the program for me so I asked to cancel again and was told I could not cancel and I would have to keep paying the fees for 9 months.
