The Bed Post Anmeldelser

We looked online before visiting Petts Wood store. We couldn't see either of our choices in-store. And the website wasn't up-to-date as the bed we wanted was no longer available. However we were shown lovely mattresses and able to order another bed which we can see in store before paying. The Bed Post guys are always knowledgeable. I've always bought beds from here.

Great in store service from Ryan, followed by flexibility over deliver dates that suited us and hassle free delivery and construction of two beds and mattresses.

Vanessa was very helpful and informative with our decision to buy a bed for our son. There is plenty of choice in the Petts Wood store, and Vanessa heped us understand the different options and combinations available. Looking forward to the delivery of the bed, which will be delivered just in time for the summer holiday

The whole experience of choosing and buying a bed was made easy by Ryan at Bed Post in Dunton Green.
He explained the features and benefits of each type of bed without any rush or fuss. Having chosen we bought two single beds and the order was placed immediately with the manufacturer. The wait was 4 weeks and the delivery and disposal of our own bed was very well handled by their delivery team. Cheerful and helpful, again without any fuss.
Excellent beds, Excellent result, excellent firm, I would recommend this company for your future bed.

Have had my mattress for well over 2 years now and still very happy with it. Thanks to Oliver and David for your help!

Ryan is great, gives you the required information and let's you take your time and make up your own mind. Is honest and doesn't try to steer you towards more expensive items at all. In fact, sometimes steers you away from them if he feels a cheaper option is a better fit for you.

Great selection of beds at a great price.
We ordered a king size and a single for delivery the same day to a different address.
Delivery was made within our desired window by two helpful, polite and efficient guys.
Great products and service.
Highly recommend!

Very accommodating and tried to get the right mattress for our needs. We had to go elsewhere to find what we required but we were able to buy beds and headboards from Bed Post.

Bought a few beds in here before and they have a range to suit all budgets. John, the salesman we saw again certainly knows his stuff and sorted out the right bed combination for us. The bed was delivered today (26 Jan), the delivery guys were great and phoned before arriving then took away the old bed. Overall, extremely satisfied with the experience and product.

Brilliant service from start to finish! I ordered a new mattress and bed frame. There were plenty of options and all at good prices. Felicity was fab, she went through everything professionally. The shop provides so many options even when coming to different fabrics for the bed frames.
Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were great. They took away all the packaging and my old mattress.
Everything was quick, reliable, professional and so easy. Thank you so much to you all.

I went too Bedpost at Crayford to look at Beds
Ryan Francis was very helpful explaining everything about all the Beds and left us to Take our time .
The Delivery was excellent the Drivers were very good on time and very helpful.
I would recommend Bedpost if you are looking for a new Bed

I've bought a mattress from Sevenoaks branch. The staffs were kind and really helpful. You are free to lay down on beds. We haven't used the mattress, yet.

I bought a bed from the Sidcup store in November 2022, which was delivered when promised. There was a defect with the frame and a small stain on the mattress, which weren't apparent until the packaging was removed. However, when I raised the issues with the store, they replaced both defective elements without quibble and very promptly, to my full satisfaction. Excellent customer service.

Service service and service.
I bought a bed and when it arrived it was clear it was no good. I went back and fourth to the shop to get any sort of solution. I even offered to swap my matress for a showroom one but nothing. I have slept in my old mattress on the floor ever since as I am so uncomfortable on the new one and get such bad backache.

After a horrendous experience at Bensons for Beds, I found The Bed Post online stocking a very similar item to what I wanted. Ryan at the crayford showroom was incredibly helpful. The choice and quality of stock is excellent. Exactly a week later, my bed and mattress have been delivered on time and assembled with no issues by the Bed Post team who were extremely professional and efficient. Nothing but good words to say here!!

I have never bought a bed and was concerned that didn't know quite what to look for or consider. I went to The Bed Post in Petts Wood. The sales assistant there, Felicity, who normally works in a different branch, served us and treated me (and my daughter who'd come to help) as if there was all the time in the world. She showed us lots of different beds and mattresses (which all felt comfortable). Strangely, she had the same wallpaper in her bedroom and I ended up choosing the entire bed that she had herself! She was very patient and respectful. (If you like a cool mattress choose the KoolResponse. I find it a bit cold but very comfortable.)
I have given this a four star rating as the delivery men rather let the side down but delivery of the bed was speedy, which was great.

Needed a new double bed ASAP, the Crayford branch showed me what was available and were able to deliver the new bed the same afternoon as I live local to the store… Amazing customer service, I will be back in the new year when I replace my other bed.

Thank you to Ryan, at the Sidcup branch. I needed to order a new mattress for a bed that required a special order, and had to do it all by phone due to shielding and health issues. I explained what was needed, Ryan made enquiries and got back to me with alternatives. Decision made, the actress was ordered, delivered in 3 weeks and the old mattress taken away by the excellent delivery crew. And the mattress is exactly what was needed. Thank you, always good service from The Bed Post but I felt Ryan went beyond to excellent. EJW

I went into the Reigate shop looking for a replacement mattress. The lady there was very friendly and informative. She explained the options and I was able to pay and arrange delivery within 2 days. The delivery man offered to help us take the new mattress upstairs and was as friendly as the sales lady.
I would recommend The Bed Post
