We bought 2 double divan beds and a king mattress a couple of months ago.
We went to the Dunton Green shop. The manger in there was very helpful and helped us choose the right ones for us.
We had a delivery date and the service was fantastic. We had the Gold service so the men took it old beds away and installed the new beds. They cleared away all the packaging. Can’t fault any of the Bed Post.

Bought my kids beds from this company, so decided to buy a bed from them again. Order was placed with delivery expected the day I moved to a new property. Rang to check order a few days before and was told it would not arrive at warehouse until 19.10.26. However, Ryan and Paul moved heaven and earth to get the bed delivered on the day it was expected. Paul and a colleague delivered it in person on the promised day. So impressed with this company and I would recommend this company to anyone. Big shout out to the drivers of this company who do a fantastic job delivering the goods. They are the unsung heroes! Thanks again everyone at Bedpost.

Ryan queried what size and type of mattress I would like and then introduced me to three different ones. I tried two of them twice and made a decision a few days later.
I wasn’t hurried or hassled at any stage and have now ordered.

I was very impressed with the service I received from the Crayford branch. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful and the delivery people were very professional. Overall I could not fault the service and would highly recommend this company.

As a long-term customer and VIP member who has always preferred supporting local, independent businesses, I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at The Bed Post in Sidcup.

I recently spent nearly £900 there recently. While I briefly tested it in the showroom, a full night’s sleep proved it was far too firm and uncomfortable. When I called the shop to explain the situation and express my willingness to upgrade to a different model, the salesman was exceptionally curt. He dismissed my concerns entirely, claiming the purchase was like ordering a "tailor-made suite" and offering zero solutions.

It is a great shame that years of loyalty and customer support count for nothing when an issue arises. Because of this poor treatment, I will not be shopping at The Bed Post ever again. If you are making an important investment like a mattress, you are much better off purchasing from larger stores where you actually receive proper before- and after-care.

I am very please with my new mattress and the service was second to none.Thank you.

Such helpful and understanding salespeople in the Sidcup store.
I have mobility difficulties and at present, more health issues but was not pressured in any way to make choices or decisions.
I look forward to the arrival of my new ottoman base, mattress and headboard when they are all received instore.

We visited both the Sevenoaks and Crayford stores within the last week on the quest to find beds and mattresses for four of us.
What could have been quite a trying experience was an absolute breeze. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and in no way pushy during the whole process. We got to laze around, slumber on beds and generally make ourselves comfortable.
There was no hassle, getting old beds taken away and new bed put in wasn’t a problem.
I highly recommend their services.

First rate, the delivery team turned up early and delivered the new bed. They removed the old bed without fuss and took away all packaging. They worked well
with a touch of professionalism.
I paid the balance and they were in there way to the next delivery.

I needed a new mattress. I noticed we had a Bed Post in town, so thought I would try them rather than the usual candidates. Glad we did. They have a really good range of mattresses in the showroom, and we were able to find and order a nice Harrison Spinks one that works for us. Delivery about 4 weeks, but the mattresses are made to order. Thanks guys.

Excellent service, friendly staff and helped me with choosing the right products. Kept me up to date with delivery and products were assembled quickly.
I had no issues changing the delivery dates either which helped me out.
Would definitely purchase from this store rather than going to the larger chains.
If anyone is looking for a bed/mattress or furniture would highly recommend.

Ryan at the Dunton Green shop was incredibly helpful raising replacing a mattress that I bought from then a number of years ago. He couldn't have made the process any easier for which in very grateful.

Before going to The Bed Post I had spent a long time trying to understand the relative merits of the multitude of mattresses on offer on the market and was very confused - so had given up. Ryan made it simple, using his knowledge and our feedback on the mattresses we tried in the shop to narrow down to the right option for us really quickly.
He really understands the products and can talk knowledgeably about them, including the pros and cons of the options available. I trusted his advice and am now looking forward to our new mattress!
I would definitely recommend seeking out this shop and buying your bed from them - we will certainly use them for future purchases.

Have bought 3 beds from The Bed Post in Dunton Green, always brilliant experience in the shop, knowledgeable staff, no pressure, clear explanations on everything without any BS - like, honestly explaining why 3000 springs mattress isn't necessarily better than 1500 springs one. Great mattresses, good quality beds - and fair prices!
