Art, give us more info
Again, I had to send beautiful shoes back. Too narrow.
Art, please add more info to your product pages. Can the insole be removed? How wide is the shoe — F, G, H, I? Does "lined with textile" mean just the back, or the top too? BTW: "Normal fit" says nothing at all.
Yes, I love Art shoes, genuinely. Art is one of the rare brands that understands a non-standard foot isn't a medical condition requiring a leather bandage with a sole — it's just a foot. My closet full of Varsovia, Verona, Berna etc proves it: you can make WOW models for every foot.
But without enough info, people order blind. Secondhand sites are full of Art, barely worn — people who were probably looking forward to nice shoes but couldn't end up wearing them.
A return costs more than disappointment — it costs time, and money too, for both Art and the customer.
Adding real info isn't a big cost.
Even if it works out better for Art this current way — e.g. because people buy regardless and often don't bother returning — be honest: that would not be very customer-friendly.

Estoy en proceso de devolución ya que la sandalia no me acopla por ancho aún pidiendo un 38 . Mi número es un 37 y hasta ahora no tuve ningún problema con modelos similares.
Si he de comentar que me gusta esta marca tanto por calidad como por diseño. Llevo unos cuantos años comprándolas y seguiré.
En cuanto a la atención he de decir que el trato es espectacular de la persona que me atendió. Oleee por ella.

Estava preocupada mas depois de muitas tentativas consegui resposta do apoio a cliente. Finalmente chegaram, mas o número de tracking nunca me deu informação sobre o estado do transporte.
As sandálias são muito confortáveis e depois das peripécias estou contente!

Beautiful and comfy but dirty
The sandals are beautiful and comfy, but it looks like they have already been worn by someone. The leather has dirty stains. I hope I'll manage to remove them before I treat the leather to protect it from (more) stains. Such a pitty!

Buyer beware: unreliable size chart and expensive returns
This was my very first time returning a purchase. Even though I strictly followed their instructions and printed the size chart on A4 paper, the shoes did not fit. Because returns from abroad are not free, I wasted a lot of money on shipping costs. I will not exchange them for another size because their sizing tool is simply unreliable. Beware if you are buying from outside Spain.

Very fast delivery and responsive to my special request around delivery.
My shoes were on sale but that savings was negated by the shoes going through the US in shipping and I had to pay almost $50 in duty when it crossed the border into Canada from the US. Not sure why the order could not ship directly into Canada. I love the shoes but the extra cost incurred is a deterrent to ordering from the site again.
