Fast response for missing parts.
I found that a game received as a present at Christmas was missing some parts when I came to play the game in August. After getting in contact with Thames and Kosmos they very quickly supplied the missing parts.

I reported an issue with a game I had recently played and Nik responded (via email) almost immediately and provided an excellent resolution to the issue!
I love the games that Kosmos makes and the excellent customer service I received from Nik just goes to show what an excellent company they are!

My copy of The Gang Deluxe Edition came with a missing chip & damaged/misprinted cards. Nik sorted me out with replacements FOC and was friendly and accommodating throughout our correspondence.

Kids love “the Crew” game which is very fun as a family! Also when we accidentally lost one of the playing cards Nik at the company very kindly sent us a replacement card within days! Super service and real attention to detail - great experience!

Done loads of the EXIT escape games, which are really fun and well produced. Had an issue with a missing a booklet in one of the EXIT escape games. Contacted them and they sent a replacement in the post. That arrived very quickly. Great customer service.

Brilliant and Simple Customer Service
We really enjoy playing the EXIT games. On opening our latest one a part was missing. After a quick message via the online form, Nik got back to us the next day and we’d received a replacement part by post 2 days later. Brilliant and simple service, wish all customer service was as good as this!

Missing Books from Advent Calender Exit Game
I recently purchased the Advent Calendar EXIT game from Thames & Kosmos, but the story book and help book were missing. I contacted Nik in customer services and the support I received was absolutely outstanding. Friendly and professional in equal measure, Nik resolved everything quickly over the phone and followed up with an email containing the missing books.
After providing my address, he even offered to send the printed books in the post truly above-and-beyond service.
A genuinely lovely interaction with an amazingly helpful company. Thank you for turning a disappointing moment into a really positive experience.

Request for missing components. …
After purchasing a board game from the UK Games Expo, I found it was missing some components. I was unable to remember the retailer used, so contacted the missing parts email mentioned in the rules book.
I was contacted back by Nik, who, after confirming the missing components, sent them straight out. I received them in a couple of days and am now able to enjoy the game.
