I have long been a fan of the EXIT games made by Thames & Kosmos, but am now an even bigger admirer of the business thanks to some excellent customer service. Another games business had left me hanging for five months but T&K resolved the issue within hours. Thats the way to repeat custom - and my Christmas gift list sorted. Thank you!

I have loved the exit escape room boxes for some time. I unfortunately had a defective item in the box which meant we couldn't solve one of the puzzles. I emailed the company who replied immediately to offer a replacement of the defective item, or, when they discovered we had finished the game and skipped this, they sent us a whole new exit game. Fantastic customer service.

Bought an at home Exit game recently. Sat down with my wife to play, and was missing a key item from it. Luckily we realised before starting.
Contacted customer services and Lauren from US office provided us a PDF version, but directed to UK office if we needed a physical copy.
Got contacted by Nik in the UK office, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Arranged for a replacement to be issued, and now looking forward to playing the Escape!

Exellent service! I needed a replacement part, and got help really quickly. The item was shipped same day.

My son has had hours of fun with the Rollercoaster Engineering Set! It’s been great to see him enjoying building and experimenting with it. The customer service from Themes and Kosmos has also been fantastic — really helpful and friendly.

We’ll definitely be using Themes and Kosmos again. Highly recommended!
