This is 100% a scam. It might issue you an arrival card, but they charge you $50 per person whereas if you go to the official website, it is completely free. Do not use this website.

Mind where you issue your tdac
This is not an official government site but a third party site. They charged me 50$ per TDAC. I later learned that TDAC can be issued for free at the official government site. I claimed a refund which they first rejected but after further dialouge they made me a refund. I never got to understand why they charge you - an for that I will advice others to find the official site to issue TDAC for FREE.

Total scam
Total scam! They claim on their website that it's $20 for the TDAP arrival card, but they will charge you $69.99. And they won't respond to any emails when questioned as to why the additional $49.99. total scam! You can use machines at Thailand airports FREE of charge.
Also, shows on their website that they have over 30,000 positive reviews when in fact it's all negative reviews on this review site.

SCAM! You do not need to pay for the visa to enter Thailand. thailandarrivalcardtourist.com is a scam website. Advertising on Google appearing first in search results. I reported to Google.
The name of the scam advertiser is “MARIUSZ GRABOWSKI – MEBLE NA ZAMÓWIENIE”.

Thailandarrivalcardtourist should not be allowed to have their website on the internet. They are also misleading in the cost ($49.99 not to specify this is US$). They are not the legitimate Thailand Immigration website. They are based on the USA, making a fortune scamming unsuspected travelers for something that the Thai government does not charge a cent.
