State attenti a Google che permette queste truffe! usate Bing molto meglio

This is a terrible scam site. They can’t even provide good quality arrival card for the amount of money they take, they have some cheap bots or terrible workers who make multiple mistakes and later refuse to give money back despite having “guaranteed refunds” according to their website. Unfortunately we have checked all the warning videos and reviews too late. The thing is, Google heavily promotes it and doesn’t care, didn’t even respond to my complaint. You should just go to the official Thailand website (not a promoted landing page) and fill in the info on your own (which you already do anyway and they just rewrite it with mistakes).

I was impressed the first time I used an online arrival card service. The website is easy to use and the whole process took less than ten minutes.

Scam!!! ☠️☠️☠️

Great experience from start to finish. The steps were clear, the confirmation came quickly, and I had no problems at the airport.

I used this service for my family, and all our arrival cards were processed quickly. The immigration officials at the airport had no problems, and the email confirmation was clear.

The service was incredibly fast and easy, and the customer service was excellent. I filled out the form, received my confirmation email within minutes, and everything went perfectly at the airport. It definitely saved me time and stress! I highly recommend it.

Scam site which do not provide replies or arrival documents. Will just take your money. Use for free on for official site instead

Scam. Was charged when it should have been free!!! Do not use this website!!!!

Scam, the DTAC is free and the government website is the only one. They stole my CC.

This is a SCAM site
It looks like an official government site but it is NOT and rips you off
You are sure to loose your money and do never get a visa.

THIS IS A SCAM AND CONTACT SERVICE IN SPAIN !!!
DO NOT USE AS DTAC IS FREE OF CHARGE.
THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL THAI WEBSITE.
FAKE FAKE FAKE

SCAMMERS
Watch out from this scammers, they dont respond, they steal your money and they ignore complations, whatever you do you will not get your money back.

FRAUD, you need to fill in credit card and then they steal $50 of cour credit card for something which is free

This is fraud! This is not an official website! Do not use. Beware that you are giving this website your most sensitive information. It is very dangerous to do so. in the end you are asked to pay for processing your information. Do not do that! It has nothing to do with thai immigration.
Stay safe on the net.

THE DIGITAL TRAVEL DOCUMENT IS FREE. THE OFFICIAL THAI IMMIGRATION SITE IS tdac.immigration.go.th and NOT this 3rd party, unaffiliated with Thai government tour group company. Yes they states that they're not affiliated with the Thai Govt but the way they carry themselves like they're the vendor or contractor to handle the digital travel registration AND charging money IS CLEARLY FRAUDULENT. I see the positive reviews up there are all updated at the exact same time 18 hours ago. Its clear they are all bot. THIS IS A SCAM SITE. The Thailand digital traveller card is ISSUED FREE OFFICIALLY. This site charge you USD49.99 per head for the same FREE documents, and has the gall to ask you USD20 for expedited "ready in 4 hours" document or USD40 for "extra fast ready in 1 hour" documents. RIP OFF.
