If I can give 0 or negative star, I 1000% will. High speed for premium? The same speed that slower than my grandpa walking? A hidden captcha that will never appear right away for every login? You know what's the worst of all?? A 30-day premium subscription that expired BEFORE REACHING 30 DAYS. I still have 3 days of subscription left while I'm writing this review but I can't watch or download any files!

I'm giving this site 4 stars because it partially respects copyright protection. My content is regularly stolen and uploaded to their site. Reports are usually resolved quickly, and the videos are removed. Unfortunately, the site doesn't prevent copyright infringers from re-uploading the same file. They appear to be minimally compliant with the law, but on the other hand, users who upload stolen content to their servers face no consequences and are free to do so again.

Mixed Feelings abouth this one.

on one hand they were decent enough to freely extend premium duration due to the cloudflare global downtime (good on them!) which i havent seen any other file host i use do.

on the other hand its really messed up the subscription is per website (considering they charge the same price as other hosts take for all files they have)
and also (and thats my biggest gripe) sometimes the download will fail and they won't let me resume it (seems to decide randomly if i can resume or not) and trying to redownload the file from the start takes away from the daily limit... AGAIN
which is not ok since premium is suppose to let you resume your downloads freely and shouldnt ever count towards the limit more then once.

You get exactly what you pay for. Some people just don't really get it... You pay for a site subscription using tezfiles. Make sure the one you subscribe to is the one you're after. Can download tons at high speed.

Dishonest outfit. Paid for a premium subscription to sexeclinic.com on their own website, bought via tezfiles.com but then found out that it was the "wrong" subscription and it did not work...I haven't got what I paid for. tezfiles.com refuse to put it right. So basically both tezfiles and sexeclinic are complicit in the con. Scum crooks.

They suck. Very horrible. The worst product in the space, and not even worth existing in any material way.

To put this into context.
Just one of my jobs is to direct shoot and edit film and TV media content. I have been online since the 9660baude modem was considered cutting edge and I build all my edit stations from the motherboard up not to mention coding the websites to host that multimedia content.
I am not technically or technologically illiterate.

I bought a 1 month Tez membership directly from them. No resellers. No side links or offers. Just paid for the service. I wanted to try it to evaluate future options. Things online are always changing. Knowledge is good.

I was limited from the outset to only a "silver" membership of 20 GB daily which can be exceeded by a single file of some media. I wanted to increase this and messaged them both inquiring as to why I could not access high speed on a specific site unless I bought an entirely new subscription specifically for that site, and how I could increase my data quota [IE pay them more money for a better service.] They never replied.

Then I started experiencing inexplicable cut outs mid DL and that DL would not be resumed, even though they boast that all DLs are resumable, but the data had been deducted from my daily quota, meaning it was lost to me. The final straw has been the last two days.
I have so far lost more than 30GB of the 40GB allocated for that time period to DLs that have simply cut out and will not resume. To date I have lost over 80GB of data to these outages, which is ridiculous.
It's more than 4 days of service.

And before you blame browser fault I have tried mipony, FDM and JDownloader and have experienced the same problems in all. Problems I do not experience from the Tez site in free mode [though it crawls along] or on any other file host service [to which I will be turning for the future]
Again i tried to contact them using their site form and i received not one single response.

Let me repeat that. More than 2 dozen messages and not one single acknowledgement that I even exist.

As to speed, that's a joke. I have rarely gotten as high as 700kbs though the boast is more than 5 times that as an average.

To say my anger and frustration is now incandescent would be an understatement.

Since there is no way to claim a refund on this absolute joke, at this point I'm just using what I can from this service until the subscription expires and moving on but I will be detailing all of my experiences on this site since buying the service here, in one to one conversations with other media pros, and on every forum and site I am a member of, encouraging everyone I can to migrate from Tezfiles and not to touch them with a 30ft battle lance.

It's the least I can do given how I have been treated since paying money for a service I have barely received and receiving not one single response for any message sent through the company's online contact sheet which is the only line of communication they have.

In more than 30years online I can honestly say this is one of the worst services I have encountered.

This afternoon I tried to use their site and was directed to the following error page:

Really? To what point? They don't read or respond to messages and don't care if you have a problem.

The data for that link was still deducted from the daily quota.
So now I am paying for a site to which I cannot access because the owners of that site are so bush league amateur they failed to properly renew their security certificates.

That is what Tezfiles is.

It's no better than a scam

I paid for a premium subscription and got absolutely nothing in return, it simply wasn't activated.

These people are theiving scum.

I would read this site a -1,000,000 if I could as I am one of the web models that is featured on this site.

I have not received a penny from any money that may or may not have been made from this site. I’m guessing they don’t make a lot since it seems like most reviews say they’re pure trash.

I am personally friends with many of the women on this site and my guess is they are unaware that their pictures are being ripped off and made profit on as well. I hope you guys have good lawyers as you were about to have the fight of your life on your hands.

I’m not sure if the person that uploaded my material was a crazy ex friend and her crazy husband or the people that assaulted me and drug me in Hawaii or possibly an ex who I guess felt like they were burned who knows at this point I just hope you know that what you’re doing is pure, pure crap and karma is a witch and it will get you in the end.

I bought a premium account for 90 days downloaded 12 files and than it said storage file exceeded but I have a premium account and it still has storage left for the daily limit but it wont let me download anymore unbelievable

A total garbage, on Premium account still not working with third party download managers, they support is an total incompetent bunch.

Don't waste your money on them and don't support websites that they use they services.

The premium download speed is from 1999. Very slow

Here’s my experience after purchasing premium: Tezfiles is not like other popular hosting platforms where you simply buy a premium subscription and can download unlimited files uploaded by others (in most cases, the uploaders don’t receive any payment). Instead, Tezfiles works more like OnlyFans—you need to purchase a premium subscription for each uploader to download their content. Tezfiles shares a portion of the profit with the uploaders. So, if you value the content provided by uploaders and want to support them with a small fee, Tezfiles is a good option. Regarding the download speed on Tezfiles, I can download a 20GB file within 5 to 15 minutes using IDM software. In addition, Tezfiles also limits the amount of files downloaded per day. About 50GB per day

scam - only pay pay nothing free

I have bought premium and storage subscriptions from 9 different providers.

The only one that I would never, ever even consider buying again is tezfiles.

I personally experienced a fraudulent bait and switch when joining from their home page. After getting passes that worked at all sites from other providers, I foolishly assumed tezfiles would at least meet the industry standards of their competitors.

No. Not even close.

Tezfiles falls way, way below industry standards, across the board, as I came to find out as I went round and round trying to get a refund for a totally worthless premium pass they sold me that unlocks nothing and is good nowhere.

It is literally useless.

So I had $70 stolen from me by tezfiles, for a worthless premium pass that worked nowhere, not one single website. I contacted their support over 6 times for refund or at least to let me chose a site to assign the pass so that at least the pass would have some value, but they never, ever responded to my requests.

Not a single one.

Ever.

So I mean, no hard feelings, buyer beware and all, so I am just doing my part to let people know that "TezFiles" is extremely shady and unscrupulous in their dealings and communications.

So if you make the questionable decision to roll the dice of fate and engage with these "businessmen", proceed at your own risk and with great potential peril to your pocketbook.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even my own worst enemy.

However, I might make an exception for a masochist, and then only if I was very happy with them as this is the ultimate endeavor in self hatred for those who wish to experience being taken advantage of, deceived, robbed and then repeatedly ignored.

They have fraudulently and deceptively stolen all the money they are going to get from me, so I will not buy again.

I strongly and vehemently encourage and forewarn all with this parting, deep felt sentiment;

"Do not ever do business with TezFiles under any circumstance. Period. Hard Stop. Never."

One of the worst and stupidest Filehosters out there. After 100 MB download, you have to enter a captcha again or the server connection has been interrupted, or the download limit has been reached. Some crap tezfiles will come up with. And all commenters who give five stars here are fake reviews.
