i have a premium account from fileboom.me and the download speed is even slower than a free account. wrote them about the issue but what i got as respond was totally nonsense automatic template based answers and endless troubleshootings even though sent them very clear screenshots and told that i already tried what they suggested before contacting them about my problem. would be a huge mistake to get a premium from them. just a friendly warning.

I was skeptical at first due to many bad reviews, but I decided to give fboom.me a shot and it was worth it. I purchased a key through a reseller and got the key within an hour. The purchase process was cumbersome like other reviews stated, and the safest way for me is find a reseller that accepts Eneba gift cards and forward the gift card order email to the reseller. That way, you don't have to expose your credit card info, or your Paypal personal info like address and name to the reseller.

I don't even want to talk about the service they provide. What's the point when the payment experience is the absolute worst I have seen anywhere on the web! They will not take payments themselves, but instead send you to resellers. These resellers add ridiculous fees (as high as $81 on a yearly membership, just in FEES, over and above the $180 they charge) and then half the time provide nothing in return for your payment. Getting your money back or the code you paid for can take weeks of arguing with their customer service, who refuse to answer any of your questions and offer little help. STAY AWAY! I can't prove it, but it feels like they are working with the resellers to rip you off. I have told them this and they do not respond. There is simply no reason for this nonsense unless it's to steal your money and maybe even your ID!

They only use resellers now. Do not use this website or you will 100% have a chance of having your money scammed without receiving the product. When they were allowing people to pay for the product on the website itself, nothing was wrong, but I don't know what happened in the past two years but now you're forced to use resellers and they refuse to fix their original payment methods. On top of that, any new files associated with Fileboom have premium only attached to it. Free speeds are absurdly slow and now if it's a newer file, you can't download it at all without risking having your money scammed from you. Awful business practice and I hope they learn their lesson or shut down.

This site / "service" is the worst and slowest I have seen.
I can't believe how inept they are at a simple service!

-They ignore email addresses that don't come from a custom server (implying that most content creators would have their own email server. This is just stupid, very few do in 2020)
-Their reply email address(es) are all broken and bounce instantly. Only the form on their website seems to work, which is an attempt to nix email replies.
-Fileboom refused a DMCA takedown request on these grounds:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request because of the
following reasons:
Everything is fine with our email address."

What. They've been like this for over a week and a dozen emails. Damn pirate site. Hope they get sued into oblivion.

Fileboom.me has great and honest customer service. They promptly help me out when I accidentally created a 2nd account using my premium key. They sorted out the problem and did not penalize me for my mistake.

The service has really fast download speeds, and so far I have had no other issues. I use this service to access downloads of content that is more rare and hard to find.

I frequently use Rarelust for their insanely awesome movie uploads - 80's schlock, obscure b-movies and tons of IMO cinematic gems. Literally everything available on that site is hosted by Fileboom.

I decided to purchase a monthly membership to test the waters. I made my purchase via Fileboom (Official website) and used my Debit Card without any hiccups. During my first month, I had no problems with the service and more importantly download speeds were insanely fast, utilizing my entire internet speed!

When my monthly Fileboom membership was approaching its end, I selected the cancel auto-renew subscription link listed in my Fileboom profile and decided to purchase a yearly account a few days later. A yearly account made more sense financially. I'm currently on my third month and have yet to have any problems with Fileboom nor have I experienced any unnecessary charges to my account. I'm truly beyond satisfied

I'm surprised by the negative reviews relating to Fileboom and I felt compelled to share my positive experience with this particular company.

Been using fileboom.me for a few months now and early on it was stupidly slow even with a paid account. But i dealt with it. Recently speeds have been stupid fast with 2.5 GB downloading in just about 3 minutes. I pay with BTC so I never had any issues.

Actually,I have been using Fileboom.me for almost 8 years now, and I've never had a bad experience with this company. It all comes down to using either Paypal from a reseller, or a pre-paid credit card to avoid the unauthorized reoccurring charges, and a VPN like NordVPN to connect to a server closest to fileboom.me's server, which is in the Czech Republic. I downloaded a file that was 2.4GB in about 7-10 minutes. Trust me, this strategy had worked for me, and no, I've NOT been paid by the company to say this.

Works well enough, but downloads are very slow. Also, there's a 20GB/day limit, very annoying. If they're going to be charging money for this, they should shell out for faster servers.

I am seeing several negative comments. I have different experience. All issues sorted out quickly. Remember that people can't be bothered to give feedback if they have positive experience. Only when it's negative. That's why I am leaving my feedback. I can recommend this file sharing service.

My account was blocked one day after paying. then i sent an email and the day after it, i got the error "Your account was blocked for violation of the terms of service".
I did not share the account and I'm sure that they have not any proof.
I had a keep2share account for one week and they blocked it when i bought fileboom account. so i send an email and got the same error. after searching, i understood they are one company.
It seems that a bot sends emails based on key words. You can try send an email with the subject "my account is banned", they will send the same text.
anyway, it seems that their security system blocks randomly.

download slow, sometimes interrupted, only 20gb daily limit, credit card fees added without noticing anything at the moment of payment, so you will pay more than the price you see. Very poor service.
