The entire process was effortless. I've been looking for a while to get vinyl for my Tesla, and I thought I would give Tesbros a try. From order to installation, Tesbros was there with me every step of the way. The tutorials included made the installations seamless, and I plan on ordering more products for my Tesla. Thank you!

Garbage! Real DBs.....they sent the product for the wrong model car. I asked for a refund over 10 times, they keep telling me that another company sold me this product. it say TESBROS right on the package!! What a scam. It's like $30 and they want 5 bad reviews from me? sur np

The pieces received for my cybertruck do not fit. They apparently have no phone and don’t really read or respond to their support email. The first hood I received was an 1/8” short having material for wrap on one side and nothing on the other, the second piece I got was even shorter the exact width of the hood. They didn’t really read or respond to my complaint but sent a second piece worse than the first. Would recommend staying well clear of companies like this. No phone was a red flag, sadly I didn’t see it till I had received my order.

Ordered the Steering Wheel Wrap for Model Y. Installation kit accessories was not as shown in Video. Two white arrows rubbed off when installed and the T label folded on itself (To attach it with your fingers to the film, this fails as you need tweezers again NOT as video shows & advertised). Complained and exchanged emails requesting replacement, now after five emails since delivery they no longer communicate. Was I snarky, yes. Why? Customer service is poor. Was not informed kit could be one time replaced for 5$ NOW!, Support appears to have blocked me and I cannot log in. Communication? Well, I am ready to contact my bank and file a claim. I have been a repeat customer since Jan 2025. I feel they are not to be trusted now and frankly this has escalated unnecessarily due to they will not reply. AVOID TESBROS. Spend your $$$ at TEMU or TESLARATI, etc. etc. (Yes, I checked my SPAM, nothing there.) Note my communications date stamps: ThuMar 20 09:33 PM, FriMar 21 1:01 PM, Mar 25 9:19 PM Frustrated for being treated as though customers are insignificant.

Ordered the full de chrome kit and some of the wrap stickers were good BUT some of them just did not fit my model S ALSO it didn’t included the door handles for the car.

After 6 or so emails they just don’t reply helpfully instead some bot like response which is flipping infuriating.!! Don’t order from them, reccomend someone else with lots of good reviews. Bloody annoying

Update** They have sent me the replacements for the missing materials after the above so changed my review from 2 to 4 star

Lined up the items with my Tesla model S and they didn’t even fit. The look is very tacky and cheap also which is why I’d like to return it but no one will get back to me.

They did finally refund me, and sent also a replacement at the end, without me asking for it. So, at least they stand behind their products.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I bought from this company the first time, because they were the only online site who had those door-lock system for the Tesla model 3 rear seats. When I finally received those, I noticed that they were 3D printed, and didn't actually avoided someone from unlocking the rear seat once installed. But I thought I will keep them anyway, since they could be a good visual deterrent for thieves. Took also for ever to receive those, but I thought that was normal since they had to 3D print them, so I didn't complain.

Around a month later, I decided to give that site another try, and buy one of their center console wrap for my Tesla model 3. I finally received my order today, 8 days later after placing the order on their site BTW.

However, for such an expensive item ($35 before my discount coupon), with the addition of $7 for shipping, for just 2 stickers, I was expecting a much better shipping and packaging (and customer service) experience.

I also have an e-commerce site, and I also use commercial shipping rates like they did through Endicia, and not only I ship my order to my customers right away, but I also know for a fact that they didn't pay the $7 they charged me for shipping, but much less, when using a regular flat envelope (without any protection) using the slow USPS Ground Advantage service.

But anyway, coming back to the weak packaging used, my order of those Tesla central wraps arrived completely damaged, with folds, dents, scratches and other wrinkles that will stay permanently on those stickers, even after being applied. So, I decided to don't install them. The condition of those items and the packaging/shipping experience I received doesn't at all match the $42 paid in my opinion. I had much better experience ordering from Aliexpress, with packages coming from China, for a fraction of what I paid for this order at Tesbros.

So, here I am now with my expensive damaged stickers which I can't still install, writing this review while not being a really happy customer at all. Oh and the cherry on the top of the cake was that, when I wrote an email to Tesbros support to ask for a solution to this issue, I got sent back an automated scripted message that literally said "if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it". Nice customer service right there, isn't it ?!!

Well, in such case that's what I am going to do, and never ever buy from this company again. And if you're smart, you should do the same too!

EDIT 05/24/2024:
My return request have been accepted by Tesbros. But guess what?... The return shipping is from my pocket, because they don't want to cover it. They did the wrongdoing, but I have to pay for their mistake now. Go figure.
