TenantBase helped me connect with Dave Hamilton who was invaluable in brokering the best deal for my leasing situation. After meeting about my private practice's needs he found appropriate spaces, which we then visited together. He set up all the appointments and was the liaison between me and the landlords. He helped me finalize a contract and had excellent suggestions in negotiations. He followed up afterwards to ensure that the landlord kept their promises. The only regret I have is that I did not work with him sooner!

Lorena has taken the time to really get to know our Organization and even more our programs in order to identify the best possible fit for us.
