He has went over and beyond in finding multiple properties for us and allowing us the flexibility to pick and choose from multiple sites. I had six months to find a new location for our dental office as our current building we have occupied for over ten years is to be demolished later this year. The brokers I initially worked with strung me along for four months on a location that didn't pan out, then left me hanging dry. With two months to find a new location I reached out to several area brokers. Fortunately, Vann Shank contacted me that evening, and even showed up at my current office to do a run through and brainstorm the next day! Within three days I toured a second generation dental site with his partner Corbin Shoquist, and I have signed a ten year lease at our new home. Blaine Cook was great to work with and is an outstanding broker.
Warehouse space in the DFW area is hard to come by and goes quick once available. Blaine was proactive in seeking out and showing us several properties for us to look at. He continually reached out to to check on us and was very active in setting up times for us to go look at properties. He ended up finding a space for us that checked all of the boxes of what we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody looking for a space to lease and will definitely reach out to work with Blaine again.

He was proactive in producing multiple units for us to look at. He was continually reaching out to us to check progress and was very active in setting up times to go look at units. The market right now here in LA county for industrial leases is very competitive and with very few units available that fit our budget. He was in our corner for making sure we were not taken advantage of, all the way through the lease singing and move in. I would absolutely refer him to anybody looking for a space to lease and will definitely reach out to work with Wayne again.

We had a great experience. The one knock is that the site has estimated rents that are way off market and misleading. The broker we were setup with was knowledgeable and worked with us despite our meager needs in terms of space.
